One of the delivery drivers must've stolen my SHEIN package (very popular shopping site amongst women) because apparently my package was delivered at my door. But when I looked at the photo it was a woman's hand (acrylic nails were done) holding my package but it wasn't on my doorstep when I checked? That was like $100 worth of items so I'd like it back :(

Terrible hours. Not enough staff. They have to shut for lunch ... FedEx??? Upon her return, she was unenthusiastic, not thrilled with three people in line and the antithesis of helpful. Although their website says you can print from a USB drive she couldn't nor did she attempt any effort to provide service to us. She clearly just wanted us to go away... So we did! Go to UPS about a mile away; they're FANTASTIC!

Drivers drive to fast but the pickup site is decently located in a you'll miss it if you don't know but if you know you know spot. Not to hard to find at all hidden in the side tucked off in the back like that.

Driver delivered to wrong address. Fedex says my tracking number is invalid, even though this is the exact number in all emails sent to me. Customer service disconnected me mid chat, but made sure to tell me several times that my package was delivered and signed for. Of course it was, to the wrong address and by an unknown person to me. I am highly unsatisfied by the level of service I am currently receiving. Where can I go for proper assistance if not the company that caused the issue to begin with? When all possible don't use Fedex at all for anything, their drivers are idiots and the customer service reps are pre-schoolers with no clue what customer service is. So, some thief gets to keep my order and I am out $160+ due to an idiots bad work habits, Thanks for nothing crappy Fedex. Hope this review helps others to stay away from them.
