Called and made a appointment for 11:15 for tire rotation and fix a flat arrived at 11 to find out no you don't have a appointment 3 hours later I get text car is ready. Get in car to drive off only to find I have a low tire have to go stand back in line again to get someone to remedy this new problem. Discount has become like most others they really don't care about taking care of you after the sale they continually try to figure out a way to sell you something else instead of taking the proper care of what they have already sold you. Wil probably be the last set of tires I purchase from Discount after tires on 4 vehicles I will probably not buy here again. Truly unfortunate when you believe your the only game in town.

Place is terrible now new staff has no clue what they are doing inside the office area, trying to have me pay for things even tho i have warranty that covers that stuff and also didn’t fix my leak when i came in for my rotation and told them to fix it. They said they fixed it but still leaked that same day! This place was great back in 2020 but now very terrible. Edit: I came back to try and get my leak fixed and they didn’t even attempt to try they said they needed a tire before trying to fix the leak or see if it’s repairable!

Mark helped me and was very knowledgeable! My tire had a nail in it. The store works great as a team! They knew exactly what to do and fixed it quick. And rotated my tires for free! I highly recommend this store.
