Whomever the older woman who works for the emergency line is incredibly rude, disgusting, insensitive and has the absolute WORST attitude. She needs to reconsider a job outside of customer service. She’s old enough to know better to not speak to people the way she does.

On 4-2-21 my niece's dog got bit by another dog and the neighbors rushed him to Clovis Veterinarian on 7th. Instead of trying to help him cause it was a pretty bad cut they were more concerned about the money and they didn't try to make him comfortable or give him anything for pain until they got the money. They also sent him home that day instead of keeping him overnight. It's sad that they have no compassion and care more about money instead.

Dr. Logan and his team worked tirelessly to help my horse with an eye ulcer. Not only did they care for my horse they educated me and talked me through the entire treatment process. After all of the work they put into treating my horse the bill was very reasonable and I am appreciative of all their work!!

Absolutely love this vet! I wish that I could take them with me to Florida. Will definitely be missing them and Dr. Henderson! Although, I’ve had multiple different vets and they’re all fantastic!

So many miscommunications between the staff, it's not even funny. On multiple occasions. Very frustrating for us. Also long wait times (over an hour) and overpriced.

We just moved here at the end of January and our 14 year old Beagle became ill. They took wonderful care of her to try and help her recover and when she couldn't they helped us ease her over the rainbow bridge with affection and caring of our pet's needs as well as our own. Bless them all and thank God they were available.

Do not have an emergency. You will spend 30 min on the phone trying to tell them you're on your way. I took my dog there and the vet he saw was certain it was kennel cough. Suggested nearly $1000 in further testing. I agreed to An xray and to come back in follow up to test for additional problems. My dog was happy and did not look like he was dying. She agreed with that tx plan and never said he was near death. She Rx twice the dose of Temiril P that any other vet had ever given him. I gave him the meds before bed and he died in the parking lot waiting for them to let me in. I know it was an overdose of steroids that killed him. I did not even get a sympathy's card like other vets send when you lose them. When I got records the vet lied in her notes about our visit. This was a service dog, an ATT therapy dog that I will never be able to replace. My heart is broken but the lies make it so much worse. This is the first dog I've ever owned that didn't die of old age must less due to the neglect of a vet. If you go there you better make sure Ford or Morrow are there. I forgot to mention while in the parking lot with my dying dog I was put on hold and then disconnected.

I just went to share a post on their page and decided to leave a review as well. I have taken two dogs to see the wonderful staff at Clovis Vet Hospital and they were caring and attentive to not only my pets, but my family as well. Sadly, one dog had to be helped along in his passing, but Dr. Ford and her tech (I'm sorry, I can't remember your name sir!) were supportive during the entire process and it was clear had developed a bond with Rex while he stayed with them over the weekend beforehand. Their bedside manner was excellent and the care that went into ensuring I received his ashes back was amazing. I'm not sure if the crematorium did the paw imprint or hospital staff, but it is very special. Along with the card from staff provided! Thank you so much!

Great people and very supportive. We have gone in and faced the worst and also faced the very best. They take a personal care of our animals and have been available for more than one emergency. Compassionate and caring when we desperately needed it. You won't find a better place. I have friends with show animals that have sung their praises, as well. The excellent people make for a really exceptional clinic for our animals.

The Clovis vet hospital provides the best, companionate care anyone could ask for, for your pet! I wanted to thank Dr Logan, Dr ford and staff for taking such great care of my beloved pet Lucy. It really means so much to me. Lucy was on the road to a complete recovery after what these doctors and staff did to help her. I took her home only to have someone shoot her in my front yard. Lucy is no longer with us but the staff did everything they could to take care of me under these difficult circumstances. There is no better vet to take your animals to for excellent care. I wish I could give more than just my gratitude. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking care of my Lucy.
