Carl Michael found the perfect car for my needs. I walked in and told him what I needed and why, and he listened and gave me multiple options within minutes of me describing what I was looking for. Carl is very knowledgeable about the cars he is selling and doesn't waste your time trying to show you what won't be a good fit for you. I will definitely seek out Carl the next time I'm in the market for a vehicle.

Terrible service, it is one of the worst places I have ever been. There have been 5 times now that they have made me go knowing that I live more than an hour away and they haven’t done nothing to fix my car. The first time I went it lasted 6 hours for them to attend me only to tell me that they couldn't fix cuz they were about to close it and that I had to go back they made me go again just to tell me that I needed a part and that they didn't have it, they made me go again to "fix it”And in the end they told me that I needed another part. Since then they have made me go two more times and when I am there they tell me that my part has not arrived. They finally talk to me and tell me that my part arrives on the 19th due to work problems, I couldn't make it that day so they made an appointment for me on the 23rd at 8am only for them to send a message at 7:55am saying that the part had not arrived. when I had already been on the road for an hour. They have made me waste gas for nothing and I have already put more than 600 miles on my new car just to get there so they won't fix it later. the worst place without a doubt.

GREAT shop for service on Hondas. The head mechanic has been working on Hondas for 45 years. I looked all over town for a shop that could work on my Honda Element, and a lot of local shops don't know much about foreign vehicles - so I landed at the dealership. This shop runs like a small, local mechanic shop with personalized service and a team that really cares about their customers having a well-functioning car. When my radiator blew out, leaving me without a car, the Bender team did everything they could to get a replacement part in and installed quickly - despite the line of cars they had scheduled for service.

My truck needed service and check engine light kept going on and off. I called 5 minutes after closing time hoping that someone would pick up. To my surprise someone did. He promptly took care of scheduling my appointment, was professional and polite over the phone. Would reccomend as I always have. Good job Bender and great customer service.

The parts manager shouldn't be setting expectations he can't keep. I understand things happen, and parts don't arrive on time, but at that point, a courtesy call would have been appropriate to keep the customer informed when expectations and guarantees are handed out. Lionel saved the day. He came thru and got my situation taken care of, and is the reason this isn't a 1 star review.
