“I called this company this morning, after another company claimed they would do the job but never showed up. American Auto Salvage very professionally picked up our challenging low-clearance car and delivered it with care to our house. The driver carefully avoided all the complicated landscaping and backed up with a skill I have not seen in several years. They even helped us roll the car to its designated spot, even though the truck couldn't get to that part of the property. I would highly recommend them for all your towing needs.”

But after every place I went to wanted to total my car, I decided to give Muraco's a try.I'm so glad I did! Mike and his crew cooperated with the insurance company and managed to get an approved estimate at no cost to me. As soon as I sourced the parts (it's an older car, after all), Mike's team got to work and kept me updated the whole time, sending pictures and providing estimates on how long until I could get the car back in my hands. “I was on a camping trip and got stranded in Clovis, NM; it's a long story what the issues were from my camping plug pulled out from my tow vehicle and broke while being drug for miles to losing my electric brake controller to issues with my tow vehicle 7-way plug. At. the end of it all, I was referred to Master Trim by Hamilton Ford, and thank God! The employees were kind, but the installer, Scott was phenomenal and definitely knowledgeable in wiring a vehicle for towing. Not only did he get me back on the road after being stuck 2 extra days than originally planned, he was kind and understanding of my situation and that reflected on my bill, for which I am eternally grateful since I was a long way from home. Thank you !”

“You can find almost anything you're looking for but none of the stuff is not high quality. Some will last and some so not. I get a kick out of them comparing their stuff to snap on. I had a front crankshaft bolt that I was attempting to remove. I first put a shallow impact socket from harbor freight on my impact and try removing the bolt. It did not remove it. I then took a deep socket from snap-on with the same impact and same air pressure and it removed it. The steel is the difference. Snap-on steel is much higher quality.”
“Service is always good, but there is a very Ignorant older blond woman that works in the auto care dept that shouldn't be working in that Dept, locks keys in cars, doesn't know where she parks your car, loses your keys, etc. I'm not joking a bit, I feel sorry for the guys that do the servicing of the vehicles to have to deal with her.”
