Have been going for about 3 years since I moved to NM. The Clovis NM location is exceptional. All the staff from the front office to the Dr's are amazing at what they do, and will help you in anyway they can. I'm extremely happy with choosing this location for my oral Healthcare needs!!!

What everyone is saying about the dentist being rude and condescending is TRUE!!! I have never been to a dentist where the doctor treated me poorly. I legit cried when I left (which made me mad lol). He walked in and said “I don’t know what to do with you” then said “what do you think? Cause I don’t know” then he asked “Do you even have insurance?” I got a cleaning done and decided I wasn’t going back for my extraction. I have been to aspen in Arizona and they were so nice to me there. So it’s just this aspen y’all have to do better. You can’t treat people that way. You have these people who are in pain and are struggling with their smile and they come to you and you make them feel bad that’s not right at all. Nobody forced you to become a dentist or encourage you to apply for that job. So if you are going to be rude find a different career field.

The Doctor and nurses were great , but the cost of doing the job, is too high, now I know why people walk around without having their teeth fix, we can’t afford it. Must get a loan to fix my teeth. I just don’t want a loan bill with high interest. Must think about it?

Great staff, from check-in to check-out. 1st time patient, most thorough dental exam I've ever had.

Everyone was very nice & informative, made me feel very comfortable. The dentist lacked a chair side manner. His delivery was a little harsh.

I had an awful experience here - not with the staff (who were great btw) but with Dr. Taylor. I was told I needed 5 fillings on my initial exam, 3 on the left side of my mouth and 2 on the right. I came in for the first 3 fillings on my left side and Dr. Taylor was rude and condescending towards me right off the bat. He came into the room without saying a word, began poking around in my mouth, and then tried to give me the numbing injection without telling me. When I said I'd like to know before I received the injection, he said in a condescending tone that if I didn't want the injection I didn't have to have it. I explained that of course I want the numbing before 3 fillings but I would like to be informed beforehand, especially considering he hadn't spoken a word to me before this. At the end of the visit, he made sure to say he'll put a note in my file that I need to know every single little step next time. He made me feel so small for nicely asking for a simple heads up.The attitude is frustrating but the bigger issue came after the fillings were completed. I had such severe pain on the left side of my mouth that I haven't been able to eat on that side at all for 2 months now. I went back 4 weeks after the fillings and he said I shouldn't be complaining about the pain and that it could last 6 months until it's healed - that it's normal. He also chastised me for referencing Google for information about the pain. Again, I felt small and ashamed for even asking for help.I decided not to complete the other 2 fillings with Dr. Taylor because I didn't feel at ease around him and I didn't trust his work. I recently went to Dr. Burgin in Clovis and I almost cried at the difference in care. Feel free to check my review on their page, they were incredible. They did x-rays at no cost, heard my entire story, and were quick to figure out the problem. Dr. Burgin showed me my x-rays and said one of my new fillings was extremely large and was pressing on my nerve. So every time I chewed, I would hit that nerve and feel shooting pain. He couldn't understand why I would need a filling that large and deep, especially since I had zero pain before the fillings were done. If my nerve doesn't begin to naturally retract, I will now need a root canal to fix the damage the filling caused. He also said to me "if you need 2 additional fillings like they said I have no idea where, your teeth look great." I asked if he could tell if I even needed the first 3 fillings and he said he couldn't confirm one way or another but he couldn't find any evidence. So just to recap, I had 3 fillings that may have been unnecessary (one of which may now result in a root canal), I could have been subjected to 2 more (who knows what kind of damage I could have gotten from those), and I still can't chew on the left side of my mouth due to shooting pain. Don't go to Aspen until there is a new dentist, they said it should be around November time. Go instead to Dr. Burgin, it'll be worth it.

My husband and I are pleased with our experience here. They took care of us so well, from check-in with Shirea, to our x-rays, to cleanings with Ashley, and getting our crowns adjusted by Dr Steve. Everyone was very kind, and checked in on our daughter when we were both getting our exams. They made going to the dentist a pleasant experience vs a stressful one. Thank you so much!

I waited for the machines to be up. Finally, the machines were up then they made an appointment for me. Then they called to say that my appointment would be considered an emergency appointment because their machines were down and they want almost $200 for an estimate exam. So I waited until the machines are up. I phoned and asked if the machines were up and they said why yes they are great. I made an appointment for the next day. They’re supposedly free service seems a lot more like bait and switch here because surprise surprise they phoned me again to offer me a more expensive appointment because, wait for it. Machines were down again. This place gives me a very anti-trust vibe. I do not feel they are ethical right from the get-go. I’m going across the street to the other place it might be $22 for an appointment, but at least they don’t try to bait and switch. I’ll update it if they do. Buyer beware.

Today I had an appointment with the dentist. Like most do, I was not looking forward to the visit. However I have got to tell you about the amazing staff! The excellent service started the second I walked into the office! Was made to feel like they genuinely cared! From the front desk staff, to the X-ray tech, the hygienist and the dentist, their customer service was a 10 out of 10!! Each person made me feel welcomed, explained what they were doing and finally developing a care plan for me! By the time I left I had more than one reason to smile and with their help my smile will get even better and bigger!

They’re very loud and brutally honest. If you want the entire office to know your business then this place will be perfect for you. I have never felt so uncomfortable at a dentist visit. They were unprofessional and kind of rude.
