My experience with Apria has been FANTASTIC! I've been on o2 for a few years and have had to have my machine changed out a few times for different reasons. One time on a Saturday night we had a power surge due to a storm and my machine was sparking. We turned it off immediately and I had a new machine at my home and installed in less than a half hour. Any time we need supplies they always have them. Apria = GREAT people + GREAT service

Apria Healthcare has been providing my oxygen support for almost 2 years. The Clovis, NM office provided the same professional and friendly service that I have received from every Apria office that I have dealt with across the country.

We received one call to tell us that the equipment was coming and that the machine was pre-set. WE NEVER saw a person to make sure that we were comfortable with the machine and how to make sure that it was put together properly, or that it was functioning as directed. Poor service.

Apria company cheat their patients. They lied to me about having contacted my insurance company and lured me into signing a “low co-pay” contract with them promising that after three consecutive payments, sold by them medical equipment will be totally in my ownership. Soon after the contract was signed, they started charging me again and again on monthly basis. No one in Apria customer service could answer my multiple questions about what exactly they charged me for, monthly, for about a year. No one could tell me what the total sum of my purchase was, while the sum shown in their contract appeared to be complete fraud. Upon my research, Apria had never contacted my insurance. They just lied, and lied, and lied to me, to the BBB, to the governmental services where I tried to find justice. Before you even think of dealing with Apria, think whether you need to be lied to, cheated, and deal with all the Apria company dishonest ways of operation. Awful experience of dealing with the highly skilled fraud.

Sorriest excuse of people working in this company. Was lied to more than once. Say they are going to bring something out and never do. Was called by an employee that is not a dr or specialist in my sons illness, and she seemed to think it was her place to tell me what equipment my son needed. Had no problem bringing that equipment out, but have not brought out what the dr sent a prescription for over a month ago. Have not brought out replacement tubing for oxygen concentrator since bringing it out 3 months ago. The employees are a joke and that witch who seems to think she is a dr should be fired. Spoke to attorney and thinking of filing a law suit. These idiots should not be allowed to be in business.
