I have been visiting All Pets for about a year now and I cannot even begin to speak highly enough about this vet clinic. The staff are always warm and welcoming, the vets are extremely caring and attentive, and the facility itself is wonderful. They have a beautifully decorated lobby with a hand-painted mural and pictures of pets they’ve cared for all around. It’s a really wonderful atmosphere.
I absolutely love Dr. Maynard. She is amazing with my cats and has helped me through some difficult health struggles with one in particular. The first time I brought him in, he was very scared and hiding in a corner on the floor. I sat down to comfort him and when she came in with his bloodwork, she sat right down on the floor next to us and walked me through each component. Her compassion was immediately apparent. Each time I’ve seen her, she takes the time to make sure I understand everything going on with my pets and that I won’t leave with any outstanding questions.
Most recently, one of my older pets passed away. She was a ferret, which they don’t provide care for, but they were able to provide cremation services. I was noticeably upset when I dropped her off and soon began to cry. In response, the receptionist calmly told me I could pay at a later time and came around the counter to give me a big hug and console me. Soon after, I received a hand-written note from the clinic in the mail regarding my loss. It moved me to tears.
I was worried when I moved here that I wouldn’t be able to find great vet care in a rural area, but I am so glad I was wrong. These vets and the clinic staff truly, deeply care about their patrons and their beloved pets. I recommend them without question to anyone looking for vet care here!

We brought my aunt’s pets here and the staff was kind, compassionate, and patient. They were wonderful to work with and thoroughly answered all our questions. I highly recommend them for your pet’s needs.

Dr Reagan was outstanding and extremely compassionate with our dogs injuries and unfortunate passing. However the male working the front who refused to call a Dr...decorum prevents me from posting my opinion of him and lack of compassion.

JUST MOVED TO NM 2 WEEKS AGO!! THEY DO NOT HELP YOU IN A EMERGENCY NOR DO THEY CARE IF MY PUP ATE A PC OF MAGIC ERASER.... THEY SAY WAIT LIST IS 2 WEEKS SINCE IM NOT A ESTABLISHED CUSTOMER???? SERIOUSLY JUST MOVED HERE !!! TERRIBLE SO I HAVE TO WATCH HIM TO SEE IF HE HAS AN OBSTRUCTION... IF HE DOES....HE DIES.... YALL CARING FOLKS HERE ?????????????????????

The treatment from start to finish was awesome Dr. Monarch was the best she treated my furbaby with such kindness, she went over his blood work with me and explained each test so I'd understand. That was so much better than someone opening the door and just saying blood work was good.

They always try to sell you on services versus what your animal actually needs. They tried giving my dog shots that he had just received. They also charged me for more medication than they actually gave me.

The team at All Pets Animal Hospital have been the best Veterinarians I have had. They always gone the extra mile for my pets to ensure they have the best care, they feel comfortable and have bee great at explaining to us what is going on and what needs to be done. I cannot ask for a better team to look after my pets!! Thank you All Pets for making us feel like family it means a lot Anna and I.

It is a great place, with nice staff, and it always goes the extra mile for pets. Jennifer is a very kind lady at the front desk. If you need a vet in clovis, I would recommend it

Great veterinarian.Only issue (and reason for 4 stars vs 5) was that it did take a long time (~1.5 months) to get my cat seen.But once he was seen, the treatment was great, definitely helped a lot. I would recommend this vet clinic, but schedule your appointment in advance of when you think you need to.
