Great service, everyone I’ve interacted in there has always been professional and helpful towards me. This is my second time renting a storage there after coming back from being overseas. Nick was awesome, quickly got me set up and even remembered me from a year ago which was a pleasant surprise. Highly recommend southern storage especially if you are military. Great deals and discounts.

Customer service was good. Nice people. Only issue keeping it from 5-stars is that the online prices are way cheaper than what is quoted over the phone. They usually have discounts online too. Make sure you reserve online before going in and take a screenshot of the online quoted monthly price.

We called to see if any units on the size we needed were available. The person who answered was informative , professional as well as kind.We requested to see a unit before making a decision to rent. This was an easy process.When we got to the facility the manager was there to meet us at the exact time we requested. The process to rent was easy and the manager was professional and easy to talk to. While we haven’t used the unit yet- the process this far was great.
