This bank has zero interest in taking care of the local community. I opened an account for convenience but they do not provide normal banking transactions. Nickel and dime customers for everything. I end up driving to El Paso for Navy Federal.

It's a small town bank that opens when they want to and closes when they want to....

I have generally had good experiences here, but at my last visit I was not only disrespected but cussed at by the manager. I was making a deposit with my newborn, he was crying and I was doing my best to count and sort the money with one hand and soothe him with the other. When I was finished the manger said to me “ next time you make a deposit make sure it’s organized because that was a pain in the a**** I don’t know much about banking but through my knowledge of customer service I know that you shouldn’t cuss at your customers. I will be closing my account when I have made the necessary arrangements.

This Bank in Cloudcroft is a joke. Do not use them whatsoever. Run down Burro street and up a hill as fast as you can away from this place. The managers are so unprofessional. They do not tell you all things needed when opening an account. They charge you to death for any little thing. The one most important thing that they lack is customer service. The managers could be standing next you you and will not even say Hi, How are you? They just look through you and do not care that you are a customer. This spills over the the associates too. We heard stories of how bad this bank was but tried to give them local business. Well we were wrong. Head over to Pioneer Bank for all your banking needs. They are located in Alamogordo and were so happy to help us and are truly excited about us being a new customer for life.

This is the worst business bank we have in the country. We are a seasonal business and have been a customer of theirs for over 20 years, but every winter, like clockwork, they suspend our account for inactivity. It is seemingly impossible to convince these people that we don't have transactions in the winter
