I experienced very good customer service from one of the employees. I bought a couple of items which the quality, I realized, is not the best but cute and unique skirts. I was able to speak with the owner, eventually, about some business and she gave me the incorrect email to contact her. I made sure and she repeated twice and I repeated back to her to make sure I had wrote it down correctly and she mentioned it was but receive notifications that it was an invalid email address . I tried calling a few times but did not ever receive a phone call back. I left a couple of messages with the one employee which had assisted me when I went shopping.

Will definitely be coming back! We had purchased a Kendra Scott bangle and the next day the stone had fallen out. Took it back and the owner was very empathetic and went above and beyond to make it right. Beautiful store and great customer service!

Second place in Cloudcroft I stopped to visit on a whim. Let's be real, I saw the ad somewhere on the way up, and while waiting for my lunch to be prepared, I visited here. It's a cute boutique, with clothes, jewelry, make up and personal care items. The owner was very attentive and nice. I bought a cherry lip scrub, a small goat milk body lotion (save the bottle, you can refill it when you visit next) and a lip balm. Having really dry lips (thanks, El Paso), I need all the help I can get. Give this place a shot, visit and get your mom, girlfriend, teacher or boss (haha, not seriously) a small something.

Originally I thought it was a nice store but after spending $65 on one of their purses, it was a complete rip off! I’ve paid way less for way more. The purse started falling apart a week after I had it and I barely leave the house so it was lightly used. The purse is almost in shreds and I would really like to drive back up and return it but the gas alone is more than the purse. Will not be making that mistake again. Neither will anyone I care about. Overpriced and not the quality you’d expect from the cost.

Coco Blu located in Cloudcroft is the best boutique I've been to in NM! They carry Free People, Kendra Scott and various boutique brands. They have a wide selection of candles, jewelry + accessories, and bath + body. This is a great spot to buy your girl friends gifts. The owner was very personal and helpful. I could tell how passionate she is about her small business! My only wish is they had the option to order online. I'm already itching to go back and shop there again.

Amazing customer service, were there to give suggestions and sizes, and beautiful fall clothing! I live 2.5 hours away and was here for a girls trip, and this shop was the highlight of our shopping experience
