Dr. Green and all her staff are wonderful, warm, attentive and knowledgable. Dr.Green is also practical in helping the client make decisions. She is affordable and sensitive to client’s costs in as much as she can be.
She was on the floor with us, crying alongside of us when it was our 18 1/2 year old, Slider’s, time to sleep. She is extremely compassionate. An exceptional vet, particularly for her small, local community. Her heart is as grand as the mountains we live amongst!

Waited for 15 minutes to talk to someone & when they found out I was from Texas, I was told they aren't taking new clients. We stay in Cloudcroft for several months each year & not having a local vet really creates a challenge.

I never had to put a pet to sleep before, but Dr. Green was so gentle and caring. Her concern for pets and pet parents is so comforting. Her office is so professional, too.

This is not an animal hospital. An animal hospital would care for an injured pet which this place does not. If you have an emergency they will send you down the mountain. Do NOT take an injured pet to this place in emergency….totally useless in that regard I’m sure they are great for treating fleas with an appointment. First vet I’ve heard of that won’t treat an injured animal in my life.
