“Needed sim card transferred from old phone to new phone. When I asked Jimmy what the cost would be for this service, I was surprised to hear "no charge". Wow!! I didn't even buy the phone from T-Mobile. Jimmy has excellent people skills and was extremely courteous and professional. He helped me get a new charging block for my new phone. He forgot to enclose the charging cable when I left, but set it aside, knowing I'd be back. When I called the store, he knew who I was, so I returned to pick it up.
