I guess the Saturday closure is new? I miss the day when you could call them Saturdays to order propane for Monday, but the management still wants to use the COVID "pandemic" as an excuse to a) keep the office sequestered from the public, and b) close on Saturdays. Terrible service, as they send to inspect and tell you how to do things, that's what they're supposed to charge $65 plus tx and if you talk to them because they didn't do their job well, they tell you that they are going to go but that you have to pay the $65 again dlls and the worker is very rude

The older people that work here are great. But the young ones need a lesson on how to be on time. They act like we owe them because they supply gas how many are switching from propane to solar just to not have to deal with them. When they no longer have people buying gas

100% not recommended had them fill up 20lbs seems to be just air it don't work went in 3 times kid outside has no idea what to say tellms me it's my regulator but it don't work on more than 3 grills waste of time and upsetting

We ran out of propane on Sunday and I called the number on one of my receipts and got the recording that said running out of fuel is not an emergency. When your 67 and your husband is 73 and you have a grandchild that lives with you it is an emergency when the temperature is dropping below freezing! Chaparral Cortez Gas has a unconcerned uncaring attitude for their customers!

They need to update the hours of operation. Been there twice before 8 am to fill up at 8, to only wait to about 8:20 for everyone to start arriving to work and finally get helped by 8:30ish.
