Beautiful location, especially with peak fall foliage. I'd suggest snagging a spot on the river if it's available.We were only passing through and it was the end of the season, so pretty chill. Only minor beef is that the public restrooms were closed, yet they were still charging full price.

Great location. We had a "River" site but the trees were so big, we didn't get any river experience. If you're there for the train, it's a good place to stay.

Felt like camping. Beautiful, peaceful, night stars. Our dog loved the woodsy play area. Cool train twice daily. Awesome place!
