Beautiful location, especially with peak fall foliage. I'd suggest snagging a spot on the river if it's available. We were only passing through and it was the end of the season, so pretty chill. Only minor beef is that the public restrooms were closed, yet they were still charging full price.

We just went here to dump - not camp. Cost $20. Not my type of camping...too clustered with your neighbors, but they did have some spots overlooking the river, which looked nice.Noteworthy details: Spots near the river

Great location. We had a "River" site but the trees were so big, we didn't get any river experience. If you're there for the train, it's a good place to stay.
