“I've grown up going to this store. It's no longer "Davis True Value" but now an Ace Hardware Store. It's a good store. Only thing I think they should work on is to not have the aisles blocked up with the inventory they haven't put on the shelves yet.**Update**They have since cleaned up the aisles. The staff has been very knowledgeable and is very helpful. They are kind and live giving my daughter candy whenever we are in there.”

“What a gem of a hardware store with helpful people who know how to help you. I came there to have a fireplace starter pipe sized and re-threaded. A happy fellow named West performed the task, which took know-how and persistence. Not many people can perform that task. Out in the boonies, it is great to have such a handy place with a staff attentive to customer service. Thank you.”

“Today I was shopping for a new washer for my daughter. Time is of the essence when you have four children! I found two models that fit our specifications. I had started at the 12th St location assisted by the very lovely Abrista. The store had neither model and an online purchase was not an option for immediacy due to low inventory. So she called the other stores for assistance. We subsequently connected to the very charismatic Jim at the Juan Tabo location. Jim went out of his way to verify the model was in stock before I drove over. Both Abrista and Jim provided outstanding service. Jim shared a very cool, personal experience he had with an outstandingly good Samaritan which matched the theme of this day. Our family thanks you for your over the top assistance.
