“I think it's an unspoken rule that banks are going to be busy on Fridays. However, when I walked in to US Eagle Federal Credit Union yesterday there was only one person ahead of me. As I got to the queue starting point, Michael, my teller, called out, I can help you right here. He smiled and we just fell into conversation so easily. I had just gotten out of work, I go in at 4am, and I had a few errands to run. I honestly wasn't looking forward to running these errands but they had to be done. Michael was very friendly, attentive and extremely helpful. I'm not very "tech savvy" and Michael wrote down the steps I'd take in order to be able to do a transfer using the recently updated app. He didn't have to do this, but he did. I walked out of the Juan Tabo location ready for the next errand. And I was smiling!! Thank u Michael. And the rest of the team at the Juan Tabo branch. I've not had a bad experience there ever! I'm grateful for all the wonderful employees there. And I'm so glad this branch opened near me. ?⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“I’m so glad we switched to Bank of Albuquerque! A very sweet and helpful lady helped us open our bank accounts. I forgot her name, but I hope she’s still working there. It sucks that they closed many of their locations, because I really like Bank of Albuquerque. These people care more about customers than they do about money, unlike Wells Fargo. We usually come here to use the ATM.”

“Been a customer since 1975. At one point I thought I needed to change banks because my parents’ trust account was with Wells Fargo (have nothing good to say about that experience!) Then manager at Manzano, now retired, spoke with me personally (my first interaction with a BANK MANAGER - I was just a regular person!) convinced me to give them a chance of a few months, and indeed, that’s when I became very angry with Wells Fargo and transferred everything to Bank of the West. Since that time their banking and investment staff have bent over backwards to make sure my monetary interests were taken care of, meeting with me on a regular basis. Always very friendly and helpful.”

“Extra kudos to Sabrina for helping me consolidate my credit card debt. I'm excited to pay everything off in one monthly payment. She also helped me just in time because I got a flat tire. When I got home I found a screw in my tire and it is flat. I have the money to pay for that. I knew as a 15+ year customer that when I needed help Wells Fargo would be there for me. I was thinking about going for the online apps that offer fast and free services and remembered how many times Wells Fargo has pulled through for me. “Arrived at SLFCU to open an account and I was treated with total respect and dignity. Being a senior citizen I had plenty of questions and your employee Gael Garcia was very patient with me and answered all my questions appropriately and with a positive attitude. “Excellent customer service! I came in with a POA and needed to access a safety deposit box. They copied the POA & suggested an appointment. When I came back for the appointment, two employees helped process the paperwork and expedited an off-site employee to drill open the safe. All three were friendly, helpful and worked hard to deal with my situation. They had me in and out in just under an hour (fantastic considering all that needed to be done).”

When I came to this location to change the name on my account, I arrived and the place was a bit busy but it was clean the people are kind and happy , Sabrina was at the front and a woman came in yelling at her but she stayed calm and kind even though the woman didn't deserve her kindness. Then she called me up and asked if she could help me and her window. She's really great. Thank you so much, Sabrina. Don't take other people's words for nothing these days. everyone is so angry and mean for no reason at all sometimes, and we need to support the ones who are still kind and happy ( like Sabrina) to everyone, even the ones that may not deserve it.”

“This review is for this location, not BOA as a whole. The people at this location are super friendly and incredibly helpful. I've been in twice, and both times only had a short wait to see a banker. For one, I had a very last minute notary and they were able to help me out on the fly so I could get back to the DMV before they closed.
