Now that they have joined BMO things have changed for the worst. They charge 10 dollars a month for ''maintenance'' on your account, but only if you have less then 1500 in your account. Why only less then 1500? Shouldn't everyone have to pay? The tellers are incompetent and don't seem to know how to do there jobs either. Definitely switching soon.

I was here yesterday morning to get change for our new business, Lantern Ridge Farm Market + Nursery, and had a wonderful time chatting with the tellers. Everyone here is so nice and helpful! It was my first visit to this branch but will not be my last.

Total incompetence all the way around, Unable to process or answer the simplest questions and unable to resolve issues without relying on calling outside sources to help them muddle through the most basic tasks. The Manager Liz is rude and will interrupt costumers all while failing to resolve any issues what so ever. We are 30 seconds from closing our accounts and if/when we do so it will be due to the unprofessional behavior of this particular manager and branch.
