Nancy is such a great teacher. I am 58 and could not use my laptop very well. She has changed my life by tutoring me one on one. She is very kind, funny, and knowledgeable. I will continue my lessons with her until I feel confident to do it on my own. Thank you so much Nancy for helping me.

Extremely competent: they can fix just about anything! We turn to them first for everything from screen repair to additional memory to total system recovery. Fair pricing and great service.

Good workmanship, but charges to much for the area. $250.00 per hour is to high. Maybe not for New York City.

The people there were very helpful and kind, especially Nancy. They were ready and willing to fix my laptop quickly. The hardrive had died. When I brought it in, they checked it out and were helpful. They gave me pointers and what the solution would be. I didn't feel pressured or pushed on a decision, which I'm very grateful for. When I did decide to bring it in to have it fixed, they did a wonderful job on it!

Was having some issues with my laptop and they were able to fix it quicker than I expected. Prices were reasonable and the diagnostic fee was waived. Great service! Thank you!

My computer was taking forever to boot up and my browser would crash constantly. A virus! These guys fixed the problem and I had my laptop back in working condition within 48 hours. And they waived the diagnostic fee, saving me 45 bucks! Well done!

After getting a quote from another place in Albuquerque, I decided to go with these guys to replace my failing hard drive. The work was reasonably priced and I didn't have to drive all the way to Albuquerque, get stuck in traffic or stand in line!
