They are honest, knowledgable, and dependable. We even called Aaron when we had a work truck broke down over 200 miles away from Albuquerque and he walked us through some steps so that we could get back to Albuquerque. He then got us in for repair the day we got back.I'm guessing we have had over 30 repairs done by Aaron and his crew over the last 10 years and I can't come up with even one little complaint. A/C needed more than just a recharge but Jay explained everything along the way, communication was great. He also did everything he could to save us money, which was so appreciated. When I picked my rig up they supplied a printout of images for both front and rear diffs showing the marking dye and perfect patterns. Backlash was also perfect. Fred took the time to clearly explain the correct break-in procedures as well. They did some additional work on my rig and everything was done perfectly. “One of the windows of our 1999 dodge slipped down into the door and motor stopped working could not raise the window stopped at the Chevron gas station just off of Zuzax exit to get gas to drive to Albuquerque to get it fixed we were headed into Albuquerque for our anniversary saw the sign for Shelby's auto center thought let's see if they can help us and Mike and Brittany helped us big time nice couple New owners of the shop discussed what was needed how he could help us and how long it would take my husband drop me off at our destination in Albuquerque and return to the shop Mike picked up the part even had to go back because the number on the box was right but the part was not getting the right part and installed it in about two hours and the price was very reasonable our thanks to Mike and Britney for saving the day if we need any more auto care Shelby's will be our first stop wish you all the best of luck with your shot Sam and Rosie”

They were fast too, got all the work done in one day. Fair price, they didn't try to sell other repairs, and broke down every fee and replaced several things they didn't have to at minimal to no charge. We have found our new mechanic for sure! :)”

“I would like to give this place 5 stars because they fixed a front axle that was damaged by another mechanic, finding the problem when they were doing an oil change, the mechanic work was great, but when you get an oil change you expect the mechanic to check the dipstick and make sure there's enough oil in the engine, and when they pulled the axle out of the transmission, transmission fluid spilled out a lot all over the floor (I saw that myself) well they finished and I drove home, deciding to check the fluid levels myself, engine oil was 1 quart short (dipstick was dry) and I checked the transmission fluid, it was a quart low also, it was troubling because they knew that I was driving to California the next day, had I trusted that they did the right thing I might have damaged my engine and transmission, all said and done it turned out ok.. but why wasn't both fluid levels checked before the car left the garage ?”

“I took my newly purchased vehicle with a check engine. These guys went above and beyond checking for any leaks within the old machine and found out that there was a crack and leaking engine coolant. These guys replaced the engine and my turbo. The guys here at Firestone deserve five stars. They go beyond their call of duty if you need help with any repair. Take it to Firestone, and they will treat you right and get it done. They had to deal with the warranty company, which is no light duty. Give these guys a raise. Firestone, from checking in to the guys working on the vehicle, has so much respect for their customers. They did a fantastic job. They had to take the old engine out. I mean, everything out of the vehicle, the car was just a shell, and they put all brand new parts in the vehicle entirely. I got a brand new vehicle from them, and they warranty everything. “Had a great experience with these guys today. 6.12 23.Had a wheel alignment done as well as upsized our Toyota's tire size.Overall a super easy going experience.Parking wasn't bad, dropping off the truck we were immediately asked if we needed a lift home which was unexpected and awesome, we were very grateful for that.They called immediately upon finding failed tire sensors and got our approval to swap them out "which discount wouldn't have done and then would've created a headache making multiple trips back and forth " speaking through experience".So overall we are grateful these guys are up here in the EM and are looking forward to future business with them.Thanks again Ceder Crest Tire!”
