Need more registers opened !!!! Mom with children shouldn't have to check them selfs out !!!! Especially in this economy. We are paying more for groceries and we're also doing extra work checking them out and then we have to put them in our cars and then we have to go home and put them in our house and then we have to put them in our fridge is like come on, we're going to a place of business and putting our money into it and we can't even be checked out. I hate what this world is coming to all. I am begging and asking for is a little bit of help. How hard is it to have people at registers doing their job two isn't enough because let's say that people without kids are going to that line and then the people with kids need to get out of the store and the ones with check out people are longer already then they are forced to go to a checkout line because they have to leave and by the time we're walking out of the store we're exhausted.

Awful experience with delivery. I requested deliver for 7-8pm it's 9:40 now still haven't received my order or any updates as to its arrival. I've tried calling 6 times. They answered the first time when I explained what's wrong she transferred me with out saying anything and didn't get an answer when I got transferred. They haven't answered the rest of my calls!

Continues to be the worst Walmart ever no registers open even though at least 10 people just standing around up front. Says the open up at 6am but more like 10pm. If I could put 0 stars I would. Just come here for basic needs. I hate this place

Don't know why they're rated so low. They had everything I was looking for as a visitor to town except for some kids' sized shirts for the touristy area stuff. But hey, they're not a tourist location, they're just Walmart! It was clean, the employees I talked to were nice.

As of 8/20/2021, super glad they had gluten free Great Value branded snacks that I haven't seen back home in Vegas. What wasn't cool is the maskless greeter with the stack of complimentary masks and hand sanitizer. So many people maskless in the store, coughing, who already looked one foot in the grave who definitely couldn't afford a stay in the hospital should they get sick.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced at any Walmart, ever. We needed to get a trimmer out of a glass case with a lock on it. My S/O went in earlier in the morning and waited for someone by the case for 45 mins after talking to 3 different people about needing something in the case. He left so we both went in later that day, and as we stood there waiting for someone to show up, countless Walmart employees walked by talking, on their phones, and obviously not doing their jobs. No concern for us. A nice gal came up and shook her head after we explained our situation, and said "honestly I don't think anyone is going to show up." She was just as frustrated as we were. About 30 mins go by and someone shows up with a key saying they had to clock in and apologized. I don't blame the women we talked to, I blame the employees who weren't doing their job. Pathetic.

Ok. Been here a year and a half now and this shithole of a store has not gotten any better. It's still dirty, they still have broken and damaged products on the shelves they're trying to sell to customer and they completely removed their kosher section (right before Passover!). When we asked, several of the employees didn't know what the word even meant except one--who stated to another, "You know, Jew food." Like, did you just even say that?!? This place is unreal. It's unreal because you wouldn't think a store could stay open being so shitty, but yet it does. No one cares. Do yourself a favor and go to Albertsons. It costs a bit more, but the store is clean and the employees are nicer and better trained.

Never in my short 26 years of life have I ever felt as disrespected as I did the one time I went to the Carlsbad Walmart. Being from south west region of texas (Uvalde) customer service is amazingly helpful and respectful in my hometown. First of all there was no carts available in the cart bay so I'm looking around and the only ones I see are being used. I asked the 350 pound man (I'm not going to say door greeter as that may be his title but he was just a gossiping civilian) where I can get a push cart. He turns to me as if I was a disgusting sight between his casual gossip and says "I don't know go find one somewhere" I began to catch his vibe and told him if I had to call ahead and reserve one next time, which he began making rude remarks and I just walked away.

I was in town to take care of my elderly father. For safety reasons I decided to go just before closing to reduce exposure to the Rona.Walmart is what we all know what it is. So explanation is needed. My issue is with this particular location and maybe all. The alarming amount of no maskers. Very few shoppers were present but many were not wearing a mask. Of them they had either masks in thier hands or around their neck. Clearly they wore them to get in, but remove them once inside. There was a lot of associates around to see this but nothing was being done. I place blame on walmart. They need to staff or empower employees to take action.I am sure fear for their job is greater than fear for their life.Sorry I dont have a solution, i am just presenting the issue.
