This pharmacy is very unprofessional. For some reason one of the employees is allowed to continue to bring their child (a literal baby) to the pharmacy on multiple occasions. I believe this is a serious health violation. The pharmacy should not be a daycare center. Not only that but they also have a serious attitude problem when this issue was brought up

I had been with this pharmacy for about 22 years with no issues whatsoever until yesterday. I spoke to several people and tried to help figure out the problem but ran into one rude person after the other. It's still not resolved and I'll have to wait and try again tomorrow but even when I had any issues, the staff was so helpful and knowledgeable and kind and considerate. I don't know what happened but the place isn't what it used to be at all. I still desperately need my meds but I'll try to resolve my issue tomorrow. Without help from the rude staff there at southwest. After this, I'm sure I'll be changing pharmacies.

I’ve been a patient here for about ten years. I’ve never had a complaint. Yesterday I called because I’ve been trying to work with you and my doctors office to get my inhaler. I talked to my doctors office and they said something got mixed up and they had me down for the wrong insurance. They told me to contact you to see if you had the right insurance on file. I was transferred to a pharmacy tech and she was extremely rude. She didn’t want to hear what I had to say and couldn’t wait to get me off of the phone. I called my doctors office back and told them what happened, so they called and talked to the same tech, who was again extremely rude. My doctors office said that they now understood what I meant and told me that they would help me with my insurance. I don’t know if your tech was just having a bad day, but it is really hard to get what I need when your tech is so rude! If this happens again, I will be looking for another pharmacy. I hate to do that because like I said, I’ve been with you for about ten years.

I would give one hundred stars if I could! Everyone there was wonderful! Nikki went above and beyond for myself and my mother today, I could not have asked for a nicer person to help us. Thank you so much Nikki!!!!!!

I've used this pharmacy for over 20 yrs. My family has used this family owned pharmacy (Corner Drug, which became Southwest) for around 50 years! I was prescribed injectable B12. The medication was around $10. They charged me $25 for one single syringe!! I'm REALLY debating changing pharmacies! That's just being GREEDY!!

My stepmother was given a prescription by her doctor and the pharmacist refused to fill it, and he was actually pretty hateful. Told my dad he needed to go back to Texas if he wants to get that kind of stuff. There is a reason you are in the pharmacy...to fill what the doctor tells you. Denying medication to sick people should cost you your job. If a doctor says fill it, regardless of your "feelings' you do that. Obvious case of little man syndrome with the pharmacy here.

My aunt was dropped as a client, because "We barely break even on your medication." She has great insurance and they have paid on time, everytime. She was with them for 25 years. Horrible company.

Pharmacy - Why is the clerk-cashier so incredibly rude? The first time, I thought his behavior was a fluke or he was having a bad day. It has happened 3 times now. I'm not aware that I have done or said anything to justify that type of treatment.
