Horrible employees. They refuse to help you even when you ask for help and when they help you they can't even find it themselves. Returned an item and stood by the returns register for 10 minutes while the returns lady had a casual conversation with the customer before me even though she was already taken care of. I got things to do and waiting for you to ignore me while you chit chat ain't one of them.

Do not order cabinets from here I had a broken cabinet and it has been two months and no one can tell me anything about when it will come in. I have been without a kitchen since September 8th it is now November 4

It's a good thing they're the only option in town or they'd be out of business.1. Ordered new washer. Delivery delayed twice.2. Canceled and reordered. (Reorder took 4 hours).3. Delivered non-working washer.4. Scheduled "exchange".5. The exchange is actually they come take the defective until. Take it back to the store. Then within 48hrs they'll schedule delivery of a new one.6. In the meantime sewer backed up and now all my bath towels are soaked in sewage, my house is supposed to be full of guests.Update: It gets even more laughable. I got a call from the delivery manager asking what was supposed to be happening. No one bothered to let them know to replace the defective machine.This has been THREE weeks of non-stop failure from Lowe's.

Ordered freezer online, to be delivered in 16 days - rescheduled 3 times now with delivery time between 10 AM - 1 PM (supposedly) tomorrow. Got a call from the local store that the order had been canceled, but couldn't figure out why. Said they would call back but did not. Called the store and they were "busy". Go figure that Lowes does not know what a delivery schedule is and their customer service is yucky.

When we first got there, we did ask someone to help and they did. We needed additional help and we asked for someone to call for help, and not one single person showed up after the page. Which we had to ask the second time for. It was frustrating to say the least.

I went to buy two plants on sale and the cashier was more than 10 minutes for them to answer the phone for someone to come and give them the discount and no one answered, at the end of the wait they answered and said that they were coming and nothing, very bad service. And it is not the first time that it has happened, the attention to the public is terrible.

The worst Lowe’s I’ve ever been too. They sold me a refrigerator that they didn’t even have. I think it was pretty stupid to not know your inventory. SMH.

Absolutely horrific. So I order appliances online. Get a text that order is “ready”. Make the hour drive & nothing is “ready”. Stood waiting for an hour and half. Defeated the purpose of ordering online. Total joke.EVEN MORE HORRIFIC!! SO I drive an hour back home w the items. Then discover they were wrong! They gave a me a mismatch pair of washer & dryer! Suggest you check your items against order before leaving store if you even dare to order from here. Drove an hour back. That’s an hour one way. Insanity!UPDATE: After all the BS. Happy to report that Brandon & Irving helped get it fixed. Very professional and friendly and understanding. Made my drive home much easier.

This is the worst Lowes I’ve ever been to. I needed a gas can, the only 5 gallon one in stock was obviously a used return. I needed some basic electrical supplies and after 20 minutes of digging through their mess of an electrical section I gave up and left with nothing I needed.
