Worst car wash in the world. This place is a dump. Avoid this place. I tried different bays to see if one worked. Either the sprayer works in one and the brush in the other doesn't work. Do not come here. To the owner you need to close down this dump.

First wash I pulled into I put 3 dollars in I look up and all the tire cleaner is leaking out on the roof of my car. Upset I drive around to the next one. Put 3 more dollars in the tire cleaning is coming out fine. Switch over to the foam brush and all the foam is leaking down the side of the wall. This is just silly. My car is all covered in tire cleaner and I can’t even clean my car off. Had to drive to a whole different car wash just re-wash my car that’s even dirtier now then it was when I got there. that’s embarrassing! Do better! Btw you owe me 6 dollars for the wasted money and 15 for the re-wash I had to do!

Well all thoe i I appreciate the doller price tag. But in reality this place should be managed and operated and be as safe as a car wash that cost 2.00.. Even it's a discounted price at 1.00 to wash they do need to do some improvements to the property to bring the safety Ness of this car wash up to date. That's why I only put 2 stars.

They stole $10 from us at 8am on Tuesday May 8, 2023. We put it into the machine & it took our $10 without giving us quarters. Nobody to contact to help us. If there is a way to get money back. Check cameras. We use all the time it’s a shame we will never use again.

Not a well maintained car wash or dog wash.Car wash: 3 out of 6 stalls had issues (spray wand broke in one, the brush not working in the other, and third the tire engine degreaser came out of the ceiling, not the wand. Dog Wash stations, one out of order, second one broken dog stall door panel missing so dog can get out or you can get wet from trying to wash dog. Both dog wash rooms had a circulation fans mounted high on wall covered with dog hair, lint & debris. Should have taken pics on how disgusting it was. There are no numbers to call to notify owners of these issues and their Facebook page has them listed differently and they have not posted anything the last couple of years.

100% recommended!!! Took my truck up there needing my Ac Blower motor changed and Mike accommodated me with a same day repair since I only have one vehicle!! He also provided me with a ride too and from his shop!

My car went dead on the highway, just as I entered town. This is not a good position to be in: towing your car into a repair place, being an out-of-towner. Mike at Caveman Auto treated me with respect, diagnosed the issue, and prescribed the fix with a fair estimate...and fixed the car before close of business the next day! Thank You!

For the price of $12, I was completely disgruntled to have the machine literally malfunction while I was in the wash bay! It put 2 dents in my front quarter panel on driver's side, pulled out the antenna from up under the hood, and the soap dried on my car ruining my paint job. Yes there are visible signs posted that deny liability of accrued vehicular damages or personal injury but, in the big scheme of things, this is different than not taking the precautions to prepare the vehicle...it was the machine that abruptly quit working & created damages because I was forced to back out of the stall to exit. No names or #'s to call & no reprieve or even a refund of the $12 I spent to have such a bad situation take place! Won't be going back nor giving a referral to any of my friends or even to my enemies!!! Valuable lesson to learn in the long run, if I can't do it by hand, can't hire it done, it doesn't need to be a priority to get accomplished!!!

Just moved here for work and had issues with my truck, called every place in Carlsbad, NM and every shop told me 2 weeks to look at my truck. Caveman Auto informed me maybe he could look at in a couple days and it was Thursday. Dropped off the truck Thursday afternoon @ 6 pm with tow truck, surprisingly I get a call from Caveman Auto @10 am on Saturday that my truck was fixed and for a great price. I cannot say enough about how much they helped me out! If your in Carlsbad, NM I would definitely recommend Caveman Auto Repair. There is nothing like being at the mercy of an auto repair shop, literally everyone was like your screwed and were not trying to help me out what so ever. So to have someone actually sympathize with my concerns and get me back up and running that fast was very impressive!!

This is our go to mechanic! We've taken several of our vehicles in over the years & have always had great service at great prices. I've never felt like we've been over charged for mechanical work, never had any issues with the labor or products. They have always called with the pricing before they began the work. If you need honest mechanical work on your vehicle - you can trust these guys give it.
