Brought my pickup here for diagnostics. It ended up with the truck being broken into. Driver door and lock completely punched out. And back window broken out. They taped up the back window but they never reached out to tell me what had happened. They have camera footage will not fork it over so I can get all the info to my insurance company. Asked for a supervisor and they said he's out of work for the day. But then when the cop got here now he's going to be back at noon. Liars. They claim they had no knowledge of my truck being broken into. So I guess the criminals must have taped up the back window and we're generous enough leave the punched lock sitting on the center console.

Not a happy camper, if the sales rep really wanted to sell me a vehicle, then their phone and phone watch would've been less important, so my service went to the sister dealership and was greeted and got to test vehicles that I ended up purchasing that same day. I work around sales and if you really need or want to make a profit you'll do what's best for the individual.

I asked to have codes scanned and determine if my truck was safe to drive. I scheduled an appointment and decided to have a service done. You crooks forgot to mention that you do not have any mechanics and just lube techs. You will never receive another dollar from me.

Want your truck to be left unlocked and broken into? BRING IT TO THE CARLSBAD CHEVROLET SERVICE DEPT! Where the best answer you’ll get is “we’re not liable for it call YOUR insurance” Never entrusting the Saftey of my vehicle to this HORRIBLE company again! I feel bad for the service advisors who have to deal with this day in and day out! Having to explain to customers that either their window was broken out or a technician left the vehicle unlocked and all their valuables were stolen! Company is too CHEAP to hire night security that would most likely end these break ins!

I took my Traverse in on a spur of the moment with an issue with my engine light coming on . Lizz went above and beyond to see that our car was safe to make a 600 mile trip . The staff were all extremely courteous and professional seeing that we were good to go . They gave me a ride home while they resolved the issue with our car . A very kind lady named Ann took me and another very kind young man name Juve picked me up . They were both very good drivers making sure to transport me safely . Seth finished up my paperwork and was also very kind and professional . This staff is a huge asset to GM . Thank you all for all your kindness and help .

Save your money and time. Went up there to purchase a vehicle and Jonathan did nothing to help us. All he said we weren’t going to approve for a vehicle not knowing we had our own bank didn’t know or credit or if we had money down.Than had Fallon help and was pushing to call my loan offer to approve our loan once our loan officer had our contract ready in 10 minutes! She was happy and said she would have the vehicle ready at the end of the day which she never did. Got our vehicle 4 days later dirty and stained on the inside. Now we’re having to chase them for our tags. All they care about is making money and their commission. Worst dealership we’ve ever worked with. Don’t come here unless you want a to waste your time get a dirty vehicle and chase them to do their job.

Service department was always trash. A few years back they stripped out small bolts using an impact bc they were too lazy to do it by hand tools. They didn’t replace them either. I was refused warranty work on a brand new engine. I upgraded to a 6.2 in my truck and the computer had to be tuned to accommodate the GM engine. They claimed this tuning voids warranty. They also claimed a cold air intake is an engine modification.I’ve talked to a few mechanic shops in town and they say all rhe dealerships in this oilfield town screws over the small ppl as they search for company vehicles more bc they can charge them outrageous prices.The new GM engine had busted valve cover gaskets. I told them the issue. I was charged $175 for them spend 10 seconds to see the gaskets were busted. Then I was charged an extra $20-$30 for a shop fee.I would give them a one star but Parts department are some amazing ppl. They should get 5stars just for their department

I went into the dealership with a few different options I had in mind. Fallon went above and beyond with helping me get my new trailblazer. Fallon has an amazing personality, and is very personable with her customers.After I purchased my car, she went in depth of how to use it. She set me up with the onstar, and the app to work it. Carlsbad Chevy is a very great place to purchase a vehicle! The service area set me up with my first free oil change, and tire rotation. The management is very helpful and friendly. Thank you so much Fallon for all you do!

I would leave zero stars if I could, I've been waiting since the end of March for a reimbursement. Their "finance" manger has done nothing in terms of helping me or keeping me updated. Their customer service is terrible as well, ugly attitude and tone when you're asking for help. I was also lied to about the work being done on my car. Took them a week to let me get my car because it was having work done, come to find out they had no proof of work being done. Worst service! I do not recommended at all, if you need a car anywhere else would be so much better.

This place is terrible. 3.5 hours for an oil change. Then I make an appointment for an ambient temp issue wait a month and take the truck in. My appointment was at 8 am. At the end of the day I call them they of course didn't call me. They say the will try to get it in first thing in the morning and call me. The next evening at 6pm I went and picked up my truck. They hadn't called or done anything again. I don't know how they stay in business. I've tried to do business with them twice and both times was terribly disappointed. The story is a bit more involved and I had written it all out and then lost it so this is the sort version. I won't go back again. I'll take my truck 2 hours the the next town.
