I tried to get a prescription for pain medication filled here. My opiate history was extensive however I had the same doctor and I usually use the same Pharmacy. The only reason why I needed to use Albertsons was because my Pharmacy was out of my pain medication. Not only was I denied but I was told that they only had a certain amount of Narcotics for "regular" patients and that they needed to keep those on hand for those specific patients. They made me feel like a drug addict instead of the pain patient that I am.

The manager puckett pushed my son with his chest and stepped on his footMy son had sandles on. Looks like a law suite. When I walked up in the situation and asked what was going on, he looked at me with disgust and looked away and did not answer me.

This pharmacy is very poorly organized and managed. Plenty of workers hustling around like angry ants but getting nothing done resulting in long lines and frustrated patrons. This pharmacy reminds me of a Chinese fire drill but without the Chinese and the fire, a Keystone Kops movie on steroids. This place needs a complete overhaul.

Worst pharmacy. My mom had surgery in Rio Rancho the scripts were sent electronically at about 1200. I called at 5pm to make sure they were received and let the lady know the situation. The lady said they were received and were "working" on them. My son went at 730pm to pick up her meds (2 which is a pain meds) and they were still not ready. When I tried to call to see what the status was they don't even answer the phone. I work in the medical field and deal with pharmacies and this one has to be the absolute worst. They have no regard to patient care,needs and the importance to needed meds. You seriously need to do better for your patients.

I recently had an extremely frustrating experience at Albertsons pharmacy, and I feel compelled to share my negative review. This pharmacy has consistently proven to have the slowest service, resulting in long lines and irritated customers. It is incredibly disappointing to witness the lack of efficiency and customer care in this establishment. To make matters worse, during my visit, I encountered a pharmacist who displayed a shocking level of rudeness and incompetence. I presented a prescription from my psychiatrist, which she claimed I could easily obtain over the counter. However, not only was her response dismissive, but she also failed to provide any helpful guidance or alternatives. It was clear that she lacked the necessary knowledge and professionalism to handle such situations. What added insult to injury was the fact that the over-the-counter alternative she suggested was exorbitantly priced. My psychiatrist had specifically informed me that I would receive the medication for free, as it was supposed to be provided by the pharmacy. This blatant disregard for my psychiatrist's instructions and the subsequent attempt to charge me an unreasonable amount for a supposedly free medication is simply unacceptable. The overall experience at Albertsons pharmacy was nothing short of a nightmare. The slow service, long lines, and unhelpful pharmacist left me feeling frustrated and disheartened. It is evident that this establishment prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction and fails to uphold the basic principles of quality healthcare. I strongly advise anyone in need of a reliable and efficient pharmacy to steer clear of Albertsons. Save yourself the time, frustration, and potential mistreatment by seeking out a more reputable and customer-oriented pharmacy.

Worst pharmacy in AMERICA! Not only do they not answer their phones they can’t transfer a prescription, take down the right call back number, prescription number or birthdate correct. I even had the pharm tech repeat my request word for word and when I went to pick up the prescription 3 days later after they notified me via text and call that it was ready, they had nothing in our profile. They are rude and very unprofessional. I recommend Walmart if ur in Carlsbad

Wow this place is huge, very nice Market. From plants to fresh produce, meat market. Very clean and beautiful. We received excellent customer service. (Not from here by the way) We are staying close by glad to have a market close. We would gladly come back if needed.

Very nice people; but their automated line doesn't work and they don't answer the phone. Please consider having a dedicated person to only answer the phone until you get your automated line working.

I know the people that work here. They are great people. Work hard to get things done and take care of customers. They have had difficulty getting people to work so that has been the main issue. If they can get fully staffed; this pharmacy will be #1 in town.
