I called some medicine in on a Thursday and they told me it would be delivered that day. I call back at 5:00 pm because it still hadn't been delivered. They told me it would be delivered on Friday. I called again at 11:30am just to check if it was getting delivered. They told me it was out for delivery. Now at 4:30pm on that Friday when I call again they tell me their was miscommunication with the driver and it never went out for delivery. When I told the lady on the phone that I was going to call Danny she informed he that he is retired and two guys in Albuquerque run it. She didn't offer a phone number for them. If I didn't have to get my medication delivered then I wouldn't be going there. The sad part is this isn't the first time it has happened. They informed me I MIGHT get my medicine on Saturday.

Absolutely RUDE, never placed an order by a doctor because I myself didn't say the word "yes". Had the boy at the front go back to run my insurance and the older lady said I was informed insurance does not cover what I had, and laughed rudely. So thank you for your horrible service ? I hope I never have to go through you again. ?

The older woman is very rude . you shouldnt laugh at customers. She was not helpful at all . someone should show her proper customer service skills. And maybe teach her some manners.
