Everyone I have had contact with at the Capitan office have been friendly, prompt, and have the knowledge to service all of my propane needs, including my RV. It is easy to see, they take pride in what they do. They're the best!

The people are rude and they NEVER have someone on hand to fill tanks. Sorry excuse of a company

If you can’t remove your propane bottles from your RV for filling, this is a VERY easy in and out with an RV.It’s a one person operation as far as a service tech. She sometimes leaves to run errands, so it can be frustrating if you have to wait 20 minutes (as I did) for her to return. I had driven 25 minutes to have my tanks filled, so I had no choice but to wait.Calling is iffy because the one person in the office might be outside filling a tank and thus unable to answer the phone.Still, it’s where I prefer to go for propane. The lone customer service tech does the best she can. Not her fault that they can’t or won’t hire more help. Probably too small an operation to merit a second person on site.

Sometimes they are not open within their posted hours. They get top dollar for propane.
