“This is hands down the best beef jerky in the state. I usually get the red it is perfectly seasoned. The red chili flavor is prominent not super salty. You can tell they use a high quality cut of meat and hang dry it, because it's cut thick but yet still just crumbles and melts in your mouth. Most jerkies I've tried they have to cut it super thin because it's tough and stringy to begin with. I only wish they still had a location in Albuquerque. But it's worth the trip to Bosque farms or Tome to get this jerky because it's hands down the best jerky in the state!”

“I moved to town not too long ago. I had a grass fed and finished beef supplier in Colorado and they were good but my experience with Sweet Mercy Farms is so much better. I have now pressure cooked, in my Ninja, 4 roasts from SMF and all of them have shredded with a fork when done, been flavorful and quite addictive using Penzey’s pot roast spices.I read reviews before I purchased and was concerned about the 3 star. It’s now obvious to me the buyer didn’t know how to prepare grass fed beef and can’t appreciate the quality of what Sweet offers.I used to have to order online from another state to get this quality of grass fed beef. I’m thrilled to be able to have the convenience and added benefit of supporting a local farm family.
