Clyde helped me chlorinate my mom’s well. He was patient and kind, seeing as I didn’t even know where the well was located. He walked me through all the steps so I could be chlorinate on my own in the future. I’m so grateful to have found his business.

They are great! We realized our irrigation pump had not turned on and was tripping the breaker. We were fearing the worst, but he quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. Definitely recommend.

Came out and assessed situation on our well pump that’s not working and said he’d be over to fix next day. Called in AM and canceled. Said it was too hot to work. We have no water, he originally installed pump and then he backs out of doing the work. FYI: you did accept the job, you did give us an estimate and you said you would be out the next day to fix. LIES, LIES, and more LIES!!! You said you couldn’t justify you doing the job in the heat cuz you didn’t want to get heat stroke. Glad you didn’t do the job because not only are you a bold face liar but you probably wouldn’t guarantee the job.

Why do things always break during the holidays? Our pump started going out on New Years Eve morning. We called and Clyde met me the same day. He couldn’t get to doing any repairs until the next day. The next day happened to be New Years day. I told him not to worry about it until the next day. He insisted on doing the work just in case our pump totally quit. He was adamant about us not being without water. No holiday overtime rates, no extra charges, no unnecessary extras, just great professional service at very fair prices. I highly recommend them.

Two years ago I bought a 1HP irrigation pump from A & T which never had enough power to even irrigate a small pasture. I was not given any instructions for maintenance on the pump or well and this spring it was cracked right through. They gave me no info on winterizing. When I asked them for guidance on irrigating, Clyde said he would get back to me, but never did. One of those typical businesses that has poor customer service once the sale is made. Today I replaced my pump, spent a lot less for a 2HP pump and am glad I didn't go back to A & T.

I give this company a 1 star...... I will be very fair and honest in my assessment of this company. If you have any questions of my experience with this company I will be happy to answer any questions you have...... You are very welcome to message me on a personal message to ask any questions you may have with my experience with this Company........ With that being said......I will start off by saying that the 2 employees that showed up to my house were very polite. They did keep in touch with me about the time frames they would arrive at my home to adress my water issues. It took 2 days for them to arrive, I understand they have other jobs to address so I completely understand the delay as I felt a sense of urgency to get water back into my home. They arrived and did tests to try and determine what was wrong with the system. I knew either the pump was out or there was a short in the system. I had already done alot of research and found that submersible pumps run between $199 and $600........ you can buy industrial pumps for $1500-$3000 however we all know that is overkill. I have several friends that work for companies that sell these pump to all the "Well and Pump Service" companies in the Albuquerque and surrounding areas. They all said, unless that pump is made of Gold there is NO REASON a pump should be selling for $1600!!!!!!!!!!!! I needed water right now!!!! We had already been without water for several days and we became desperate. The invoice came out to $2500 to just replace a well pump. I should have been more patient and looked for companies that didnt charge over 500% profit on a pump that only cost $300. They charged me $1600 just for a pump, then added 5 hours of labor time at $125 an hour......... it only took them 3 hours of total work time to complete the job. They did not identify during their original assessment and "Quote" that the wire leading to my pump had a short which now changes the entire issue. Now I paid for a pump I probably did not need because the wire leading to my pump had a short, my pump was probably just fine!!!!! Now I am looking at paying more money for replacing the wire as well. I completely understand that a company needs to make money.......I understand that a company buys equipment and sells product for a profit. I understand this is a business!!!!! However a business that overcharges WELL beyond reasonable pricing is unacceptable. Did I have a choice to use someone else? Absolutely!!!! Could I have gotten several other Quotes? Absolutely!!!! I just found out today I could have had this entire job done from several other places for around $1000. Why am I writing this review? Why didn't I just use someone else? Well....... my wife and I were desperate, my family was desperate to get water back in our home so we went on the belief that this company was offering us a service at a fair price. NOT THE CASE AT ALL!!!!!! with all this being said I can only URGE EVERYONE TO GET SEVERAL QUOTES AS THIS COMPANY IS WAAAAAY OVERPRICED!!!!!!!

We scheduled an appointment for an inspection and ended up rescheduling for the following day. He called and kept saying he was on his way and never showed up. Our appointment was at 12:30. When I called to ask what happened he said he was picking up and dropping off a friend and fighting traffic. By the time he got to that area it was 8:30 and he tried calling but received no answer. I told him well she waited for hours on you and decided to leave.8 hours is a bit extreme to expect someone, especially in realty business, to wait on a contractor. We are using another company.

The first time we called A&T it was because another company told us our pressure tank was bad and needed to be replaced. A&T saved me hundreds of dollars by informing me there was no issue with my pressure tank,A few months later the pressure pump went out on our well. These guys came out the same day and worked far into the evening to make sure we had water as quickly as possible. They do great work, are very professional, and don't over charge.

When we had an unfortunate event with our well, A & T Pump and Well assisted us with skill, knowledge and professionalism. Their field staff were friendly and responsible. I would highly recommend them should you find yourself in need of their service.
