I would love to give a big shout out to Carlos and the team at the Bloomfield, NM store. We had our Jeep delivered by tow truck to his store at about 8pm after having an alternator issue that left us stranded on the highway. With daylight running out and the store closing soon, both associates that night helped us get what we needed quickly so that we could continue on to our camping destination that evening. Carlos even brought a new headlamp out to us so that we could see better. Thank you so much!

I've never been in this store and not been given excellent service! Tiffany Carlos Tyler and the super tall guy always treat me right and put up with my mistakes like it was their pleasure! Knowledgeable guys and when they don't know they'll find out!

Always nice to stop and say hi to my friends at O'Reilly, the pro shop is awesome on the commercial side and the guys on the civilian side are always friendly and happy to help even if your questions are less than accurate, they always help to sort the problem out.

Excellent customer service, I live in Farmington and I drive to this location just because they know how to treat people, Tyler one of the workers there NEEDS A RAISE this man try’s his best at everything you need from just simple wipers to filters so if your wondering if this is the part store to go to hell yeah it is
