This store has everything we need, not to mention the excellent customer service. The employees are very engaged with there customers and quick to help. So happy to see the change very clean.

During my work break this morning, I decided to quickly grab some items before heading back to work. As I stood in line with two other customers, I noticed the cashier, who seemed to be a newer employee, engaged in a conversation and scanning inventory with the soda delivery driver. Despite waiting for almost 7 minutes, the cashier didn't bother to glance over at us. Frustrated, I approached her and informed her that we were ready to check out. She laughed it off, attributing her lack of attention to the difficulty of multitasking between serving customers and restocking. I didn't accept her excuses. She mentioned that there was a "squeaky" toy available for customers to use in order to signal their readiness to the cashiers. However, I found this method to be both useless and unprofessional, especially since there were no clear instructions or signs indicating its use. As a small business owner myself, I am appalled by the lack of attention given to customers in these big box stores, in contrast to the exceptional service provided by the newer dollar store on the North end of town. I sincerely hope that there will be some improvements made in this particular store.

Atrocious wait times in the line, only one register open. If the line gets too long then they'll bring up another cashier, but the other register is cash only because the card reader has been broken. It's been broken awhile, apparently. Lately the shelves have been empty, particularly in the pet food aisle. I'd be more forgiving if it was a one time thing, but out of the three times I've been here to get cat/dog food it's been empty. The only reason I come here lately is because they have the online coupons, but the cashier is in such a rush that they try to end my transaction before I get the chance to enter my phone number. Like you just made me wait in line for like 10 minutes you can wait 15 seconds for me to put my number in.

Mary is a peach. She told us the store was almost closed because my bf and I were standing in an aisle talking. The store barely had what we needed. At checkout she was short with us. It just seemed like she didnt want to be there and was annoyed with the other customers too. She was rude and started turning people away at 9:53pm whilst crossing her arms. Overall she had a terrible attitude about her. I understand they were almost closed but it was a quick trip. I gave 2 starts because for the most part we got what we needed. Probably won't come back if she's working.
