Always been a loyal customer here but not anymore there customer service has always been good and now there new hires want to give you the most expensive product without showing you all the options and then throw things on that you didn't even ask for. Then to top it off the new young kids want to cop a attitude and start crap when I been shopping there for years with no problems sorry to say customers pay there bills and I will no longer be shopping there oriellys is right next door and have better prices too! Some bs train your guys to rip people off

I went into the store and the staff was very helpful. One of the items I was looking for wasn't in stock, and they ordered it for me and called as soon as it was ready for pickup the next day. I had never been to the autozone in Bloomfield before, and the staff was eager to help. Pleasant experience and will definitely return with future needs.

Such a rude environment. Been here about 3 times in the last 2 weeks. Attitudes are horrible. Not informative at all. Today (11-19), windshield wipers, shouldn’t be that hard right. Tells us a size, we ask which ones are the best, shows us. We grab and pay. As the worker was putting them on, leaves us outside with no info, we go inside to see what went wrong and just for another worker to tell us we grabbed the wrong ones. Like no, that’s our whole point of asking you workers. And don’t even bother to say thank you to them, they don’t say anything polite back, they just run inside.
