Often little to no employees any more. Service is always slow. Drive through closed randomly from lack of staff. Branch manager will only step in and help when there is only 1 teller doesn’t matter the length of the line.

They denied us a cashier check because are "signature did not match the previous one." But me and my mom decided to go to the one near smiths and gave us are cashier check with no hassle at all. The people working at this wells Fargo need to be trained again.

This branch has no employees. There was 1 teller and no one at desks. I guess their employees are busy making fake accounts again. Time to go to a credit union.

Incredibly useless. I was on the phone for 1 1/2 hours with wells Fargo. They told me to go into the branch to fix the issue. The branch gave me the same phone number and told me to call to get help. Just drive to Albuquerque or Rio rancho to get help, this place is useless

Walked in to open an account. No customers in the Drive-Thru, no customers in the parking lot, no customers on the inside. Counted Eight employees sitting doing nothing; told me I had to download the app and make an appointment before I could open an account with them.

Showed up shortly after 4pm for commercial deposit and was informed transaction won’t hit account until tomorrow: unacceptable after a holiday. Horrible customer service.

Empty; no customers anywhere in site. Just a bunch of people delivering no service milking the clock at a branch that seems to do nothing. An ATM does everything this branch does with better customer service. I do not think its prudent to place my money with people/business who do not understand the value of work.

I, just called and, The Phone Just RANG &, RANG &, RANGGGG Some More!!! I, was calling for info on Starting 3 New Accounts with you people and, that was AGAINST MY BETTER JUDGEMENT OF your HORRIBLE HISTORY with Myself and, Other Family Members!!! Also, BAD REVIEWS. Absolutely unprofessional, rude, and invasive. They refused to withdrawal my money even with proper identification, and questioned my private information about my business and very strongly disappointed me and my family. Not acceptable whatsoever.

Nice people, but bad at communicating. Drove a long way to get to this branch because it had good reviews. Made the trip twice and both times i got nothing accomplished because of poor communication on the banks end.
