Terrible service. Lupita held me waiting to cash a Wells Fargo check after verifying my 2 forms of ID, Calling the owner of the check to verify the amount and person it was. All to say she was not allowed to cash a WELLS FARGO CHECK! Did not have an explanation for me. Pathetic!

Horrible customer service. It's so unfortunate that representatives characterized personal vendetta in such a well known establishment where the people should feel trust and friendliness. Karmas real that Im sure of. One day they'll get that same treatment right smack back in their lap.
