Shai, the pharmacist at this store cares deeply and wholeheartedly about her clients. From day 1, when my wife and I were here, she helped make it possible for my wife to get her RA medicine. My wife is a nurse so the only importance of this is left with no need to say but Shai, took her time to contact our store in San Antonio, to help my wife fill her prescription. And as I write this she had done the same hard, dedicated work to allow my son to get his seizure medicine, from San Antonio HEB, to Walgreens here in Bernalillo. Shai, your selfless dedication and demeanor have made it possible for my wife to work hard, my son to be at ease with his meds filled, and allow me to continue letting people know that they should utilize your services at this Walgreens. Shai, I thank you sincerely from the bottom of my heart and wanna give a shout out to all your pharmacy staff…if they are following your lead, they are doing gone right thing. Thank you.

The pharmacy is terrible at filling prescription in a timely manner, didn't contact when it was taking days, and does not have a number with a human to talk to.

Has always been my favorite stop for my must haves until RECENTLY had one of the most uncomfortable, unprofessional, and BIASED by not only a Walgreens employee BUT THE WALGREENS MANAGER. I HAVE NEVER had any altercations, for that matter any problems at all until he told me I was unable to use a basket to purchase any items while shopping in the store. I think he is very rude especially uncalled for and doing this in front of other store customers. I don't know if he was trying to embarrass me or what his motive was behind all that. I think to have a manager like this is an embarrassment not only to Walgreens but to our community as well. Let's try not to have somebody like this managers small-minded and loud mouth affect the community like this.

Staff is helpful, and I current use them for medications. Can be problematic when they are consistently out of medications.

It seem like the cashier has no help at all.. someone was stocking shelf's and one person mopping the same spot 3 times would walk away from it and go back to the same spot in cosmetics also did not seem like he wanted to to help anyone.. the cashier had a long line and the one that was mapping saw that and left her to deal with the long line..also had any issues on another day with the guy that was mopping just seem like he does not want to work and be lazy

It is nearly impossible to get accurate information on your website or by calling the store. Trying to call gets you shunted to call centers, or extended, extended wait times on hold to speak to a pharmacist. Finally, when the person answers, they appear to be harried, hurried, & barely helpful. Finally, going in to the pharmacy, nothing seems to reflect what was on the website. Now, the information is quite different. It feels as though Walgreens primarily wants to get potential customers in the door & with intentionally vague & misleading advertising.Obviously, my family won't be going there again.

I work next door so I go to this Walgreens a lot. The lady at the register up front during the day shift is super sweet, the pharmacy is fast and efficient. I even timed them at the drive-through and it took them approximately 3 minutes per car. Not bad for a pharmacy drive-through. Thanks so much!

Never, ever have I ever had such rude service from the NEW pharmacy staff at this location. The pharmacy should be ashamed of the staff they are hiring. No people skills whatsoever, uncaring. I have been going to this pharmacy for about 26 years. Will consider getting my fills elsewhere. I know they don't need my business, but I do not need the very negative toxic vibes.

This pharmacy used to be consistently pleasant and competent. We experienced and saw several very rude interactions today. The worst was when the pharmacist yelled out to a man in line the name of his medication and what it was for, and asked if he wanted it or not. Wow. Isn't that the reason for the consultation area -- privacy? The consultation counter is filled with boxes, so obviously not in use. This pharmacy needs to be properly trained and staffed, with a pharmacist with integrity in charge.

I had a few problems with online orders that were taken care of with the help of Kaela, manager at the Bernalillo Store. This gal consistently goes over the top in customer service in resolving issues with products, orders, etc. Wow, how lucky Walgreens is to have this lady as an employee. Hard not to give this store a five star rating. Good job!
