On Wednesday i went to get packages from my parcel mailbox.I found the key in my little box. But there was a wrong key iny parcel mailbox.Went immediately to the Bernalillo post office. Reported the incident gave them the key.Was told I would be getting a phone call the next day. That never happened. I called another employee said I remember you from yesterday, let me what I can find out. She told me the mailman had to go knock on the door of someone that might of took my packagesAnd you will get another call phone. Well I never got a phone call.So I guess someone can take my packages out a wrong key in a wrong box and now I'm stuck paying for things I'll never getNo effort to make a call. The employees tell me this is being investigated. Well I don't think anyone at the post office gives a darnSo disappointedGotcha phone call from post office last night I guess I'm stuck without my packages. The lady said the mailman was going to the address vid who took my packages. Guess that never happened. So I paid for the 3 dresses for a special occasion. Can't reorder because they won't be on time. Paid over 50.00 . They said there was still an investigation going on. Which I seriously doubt. I even asked how did the wrong key fit in the wrong box her reply was it wasn't in all the way. But I was there this key could not be removedSince there has been trouble In this area no more deliveries will be done. So now how do we receive our packages? Do we have to drive to the post office?no more deliveries will be made she said. Ok, so what happens to packages we are expecting????

Just a warning for a really stupid policy. Fedex deliveries cannot be picked up until the day AFTER they’re delivered. Pretty awful service for 2024.

Yvonn and the team here is top notch, not sure where all the bad reviews come from but do not like them deter you from coming here! I came for a passport, and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes, the only reason it took longer was because I filled out the wrong one, but they handed me the correct form and let me keep my place in line while filling it out. I did schedule an appointment through the USPS scheduler site but never received a confirmation email, thankfully the staff was friendly and made it work. They do photos here as well!

I cant reach this post office online or by phone. I cancelled my P.O. Box a month ago when I moved out of state and they are trying to charge me still.Who do I call?

Carl, thank you so much for your patience! We had to get multiple passports done and had to redo a couple pages, and never once did his smile falter. Truly wonderful service!

Everyone who complains about this post office has clearly never been helped by Carl. I’ve been here multiple times & each time he is so sweet, helpful, & efficient. I love this post office

OK, so it's time to renew my passport, and the Bernalillo post office is one of the locations that can help facilitate this process. I just called to confirm, and the young lady that I spoke with could not have been more helpful! She told me the correct website to go to and download my PS82 form...she went over everything I needed to bring to Renew my passport... and she answered all the other silly little questions that I thought were important... She was patient, courteous and professional... What the hell else can you ask for!?! Well worthy of a five-star review in my opinion!! Thank you.

Incredible rude, unhelpful, lazy people which is to be expected from usps. Won’t even check to see if package is there when I know it is just says no basically. Super nasty ladies!

THIS POST OFFICE SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF ITSELF.They have said packages were delivered, only to have them delivered to an incorrect address.They leave the wrong mailbox locker keys in your mailbox so you can't retrieve your packages.The entire staff here should be fired and prosecuted for tampering with mail.

The employees don't pay attention to what they're doing and they will either lose your mail or deliver it to someone else. The worst part is they don't care.

On the 23d of September I sent a package to Poland, but after more than 20 days it returned to addressee,to Placitas, NM.It had to go to Poland. I tried to call to the USPS, but they never connected me to the agent or alive person, so, I could explain the situation. So, my problem is not solved what so ever!!! The tracking numbner of my package is HL179440110US.
