This is the worst bank I have ever banked at. They have not done anything to assist me, they told me I would have all these benefits but failed to mention the 90 day period where you cannot use the benefits. I went to a branch to ensure I would be able to access cash from a check and was assured I would, u was not. Then I was given 3 different stories as to why not, on the third day they finally said it would be additional 7 days

A big thanks to Veronica Lujan, the Branch Manager, who accommodated my wife and I on a walk-in visit to add her to my accounts. Normally, there is a requirement to schedule an appointment due to the branch being short on staff. Despite this requirement, we have very rare opportunity where both of us were free during the week and Veronica was able to take care of us. Thanks for going above and beyond!

I have never had any problems with the Bernalillo, U.S.Bank . Love the customer service, very polite and courteous. never really had a lengthy wait in the driver up service. Very convenient and close from work.

If I could give less than one star I would. I have been with US Bank for over 8years, used locations in multiple states. I have never received such disrespect and harassment like I have at this one location. I am changing banks because of this location and the management. I do NOT recommend banking here.

This is an online problem! For the last month I have not been able to use my app or online account ! When are you planning on fixing this problem! I don’t know if you have noticed but there’s a pandemic and going in person isn’t an option. I really shouldn’t have to go to the drive thru or call every time I want to check my account! What’s the app for if your system is always down! Upgrade your system so it works !!!!!!

My husband and I have been banking with US Bank for about 12 years, and we are very satisfied customers. When we need to visit the bank in person, we most often visit this branch in Bernalillo. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and I don't hesitate to ask questions or ask for help. Also it is a very pleasant and lovely indoor setting. I use the drive-through ATM often, and it has always worked perfectly for me. I've never had to sit in a line of more than 2 cars (usually no more than one car). I felt moved to write this review because I was online checking tomorrow's banking hours, and saw the negative reviews. I feel the other negative postings don't portray this branch accurately.

It quite terrible how this bank is managed. This is the third time I have been back trying to get my permanent bank card. And I was in line for 20 minutes while in that time only one person was helped. I will say all the staff was all very friendly it just seems understaffed.

I was entertained by Nate and he was nice and fast service. We also had great convo regarding many things like traveling, countries, foods, etc while he was multi tasking with opening my account.

I went to cash a check for my mom which was made out to me and was charged $7 - she is a member of the bank and the bank was at no risk - the only reason I was charged was because I did not have an account at the bank. Ridiculous amount of greed as it cost the bank nothing to cash the check drawn on an account at the bank.

Horrible service. I've been a very happy US Bank customer since 2000; in every US Bank location I have been treated with respect, dignity, and I've felt valued as a customer. I walk in the door, people call me sir, and they give care and attention to my smallest needs. I can happily say I've never felt like 'just another deposit' with US Bank. This location, however, is the exception to the rule: rude, non-engaging, uninterested and ungrateful for even a penny of my hard earned money. Tellers reflect a poor and uncommitting management that wreaks of indifference. Couldn't pay me to come back here--and if it weren't for the wonderful experiences I've had at every other US Bank, I'd probably be looking to take my money to a credit union. This location gives US Bank a bad name...
