“Yvonn and the team here is top notch, not sure where all the bad reviews come from but do not like them deter you from coming here! I came for a passport, and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes, the only reason it took longer was because I filled out the wrong one, but they handed me the correct form and let me keep my place in line while filling it out. I did schedule an appointment through the USPS scheduler site but never received a confirmation email, thankfully the staff was friendly and made it work. They do photos here as well!”

Theyve had a huge increase in receiving packages due to the increase in online shopping from COVID, and theyre slammed with incoming packages - but seem to be handling the change well. “I needed to ship out some equipment to my former job manager. All I had was a piece of paper with vague shipping instructions. The FedEx employee Eddie knew exactly what I needed to do. As I was filling out the necessary paper work, instead of standing around waiting, Eddie was moving boxes in the back, all the while being attentive to the customers. What an excellent worker. Now, I am not sure if all who work there have a similar work ethic as Eddie, but I will make this FedEx location my "Go-To" because of his work ethic. Thanks Eddie.Cheers,A.”

“They close at different hours for lunch. This is a very small location and the staffing is short. If you read the sign it specifically says various hours for lunch may occur. Anyways, I really love this post office! Best one in town! I do a lot of shipping for sales online. For some reason this post office processes and ships everything faster than most in town. Thank you guys! Keep up the good work.”

“First time here. GPS put me at wrong entrance after convoluted drive. Postal employee working in truck gave me directions and was very pleasant. Like many places this time of year busy with not enough help. Had a bit of a wait, but had friendly encounter with employee and was on my way.”

“I am writing this review not only for myself, but for the many customers that pay for a P.O. Box at this location. (We like the manager Kim, the owner, that's why we sign up for a whole year at a time!) That said, she (and the staff) do believe in the golden rule, as do I. Treat the staff and manager well, and you'll be treated well. This is a very busy location (despite the negative reviews) but if you have your items ready by the time you get up to the front, whatever you are going in for will be processed quickly and efficiently. To those making claims that the owner is "gaslighting" you, first off - look up what gaslighting means. It doesn't mean what you think it does. And getting angry at the UPS store employees who are taking your amazon returns, or whatever you have, and telling you it requires packaging (even though you think it doesn't) isn't their fault, nor are they just "lying" to you to make you have a bad day. I've made the same mistake several times, and discovered my own error (where " I " thought it did not require me to package the item, but it in fact did) and I swear amazon changed the information between the time I hit "return" and getting to the store. Know what? Its not the end of the world. Take your package home like I do, if you're trying to save money, and go the next day. Your world won't end, and no, the UPS store is not required to give you free packaging materials and pack it for you when its a "customer pack and label". If your time is valuable, then pay for the packaging and shut up! I've seen the hundreds of packages that UPS handles at this location, its a small mountain in the back. You are not some king/queen everyone should just unroll the royal carpet/treatment for you, fix your mistakes, give away their materials, so that you can be entitled-ly happy. It doesn't work that way. Did you know a UPS store only gets $1 to process your precious amazon return? Would you put up with yourself for $1?Last, UPS stores are a FRANCHISE business, which means there IS NO "corporate tattle tale" line to call. So stop melting all over the sidewalk like the snowflake you are, and get over yourself. If you don't like this location, then stop going! Staples, whole foods and kohls all take amazon returns. If you're using this location because its close and convenient, terrific. But don't get on here because your terrible attitude, and pride was injured, because everyone didn't treat you like the royalty you (falsely) believe to be true.”
