Vietnam veteran treated with disrespect and told not to come back by manager. Went in to fix overcharges and correct billing because my husband and I went to upgrade our phones. They told us they had a promotion going on and we could get an iphone 14 at no cost AND both phones would only add 20 dollars to our bill. We asked 5 times if this was right, they said yes. Our bill went up over 100 dollars and they added insurance which we did not ask for. I have gone there and called probably 20 times, no help. Worst service ever and they lied from the beginning. Whoever owns this store should do something about lack of respect and service

Helpful and knowledgeable staff!! Deliah was awesome. Deliah gave us a deal on our phones and answered all our questions,in a way I can understand! She is also very friendly! I plan to be with Metro for life ! Services on phones are reliable and monthly payments are affordable,and worth it ! Plus your eligible for upgrade on phone or phones,when you kept your device more than year(previous device you got from Metro,1 year before!

I had a horrible experience. I have been a metro customer for over 5 years. I went in to upgrade a phone. I asked for an iPhone which had a display card that the price for upgrade was $349. When I went to pay for it they tried to charge me $500. When I brought it up to the manager she told me she would not give me the advertised price. It really makes me wonder how many people they have done this to. It was they old bait and switch. I will be contacting metro corporate office. I would avoid this store at all cost. The manager offered me a case instead of the advertised price. What an expensive case.

They tried scamming me by showing one price for an upgrade and then tried charging full price when they rang up. Then when I asked about it they were just like oops I put out the wrong card, nothing I can do... be careful if you deal with this shop. They try to bait and switch.

Worst customer service ever. They are just fine when you are there buying something. But as far as keeping an on going customer client relationship they are the worst. They promise things and then they dont provide the service they say they will . Rude, irresponsible,and unprofessional!

I have been a customer for 10 years. T-Mobile Customer service is absolutely awful. In July of this year I traded in an old phone for a new iPhone XR. Per the advertised deal, I was to get the iPhone XR for free via monthly billing credits. After 3 months of giving me the run around, and not applying any billing credits T-Mobile informed me that they are unable to honor their promotion. So since T-Mobile was unable to honor their promotion and I was going to have to pay full price for the new device anyway, I requested my old device back. T-Mobile stated that they were unable to locate my device essentially stealing my trade in device. Instead they offered me a $50 billing credit for my device. T-Mobile has lost a loyal customer. I'll be switching to Verizon.

Esperanza did not provide me with correct information. Esperanza does not care about customer service and only cares about providing false information and lying just to make a sell. Everytime I go in to pay my bill they try and hussle me into buying either a new phone or accessories. Please do not deal with Esperanza. Esperanza definitely does not provide any solutions she only creates problems. I don't know why they have someone working there that does not care about her customers.

The worst experience i ever had at bernalillo metro pcs on 1/15/2019 the two female employees had no clue on how to help me all they did was play games on there phone i will never get on this service ever again never felt so disrespected in my life
