They were excellent, then about 3 months ago they were just *gone*, I'd only had my new phone a month and went to get a case and screen protector and now my nearest cricket is 10 miles away ?

Great team helped my husband after he dropped his phone and it was destroyed.All of the guys were extremely personable, helpful and informative. Yes we spent a great deal and probably could find some things cheaper online, however we are traveling through and it was worth the ease. In general, Cricket has been the most excellent service for us for several years.

I worked with Sébastien during my visit. I was setting up an account and trying port my number. My previous carrier was tracfone. It was quite an effort to port my number, because tracfone was not willing to provide key information. Sébastien was patient and kept trying to help the porting process. He provided the right phone for me and helped me with my plan. This guy went above and beyond with his customer service. 5 STARS! I was impressed and I am a happy Cricket customer because of him. I accidentally washed my sons phone. We went in and they offered curb side. We were able to go in to the store. I purchased a new phone for my son. There staff was friendly and helpful. Very informative. I had no issues with my purchase.

Haven't had any problems until now trying to get a new phone and having a hard time doing that no fault of my own butt it's hard trying to get what you need or talk to the person you need to talk to for help maybe they can work on that manager maybe.

Went to Port over 4 lines but just wasted my time poor girl tried her best called everyone no one answered second girl called one guy answered with only an offer of $10 off I'm Better off buying online with corporate then paying an additional $25 per line for activation who does that who pays over $200 to switch to cricket not me I can understand $25 for the 4 line plan but per line sorry I don't want to be robbed just because I came to a dealer and not direct lost a customer for sure
