“Having problems with my mobile online account. Went in today at opening to hopefully solve my issues. Ms K Wakefield listened to my problems & quickly was able to determine the solution. After walking me through the fix she then took the time to let me use my I-pad to log in, set new password, & ensuring everything was working properly. When I left everything I came in for was fixed. That true customer service, all in less than an hour. (Most of that, because I am slow) This is why this is our Credit Union.Staff were still following masking protocol, but were allowing customers to choose if they wanted to remain safe by wearing one.”

“A big thanks to Veronica Lujan, the Branch Manager, who accommodated my wife and I on a walk-in visit to add her to my accounts. Normally, there is a requirement to schedule an appointment due to the branch being short on staff. Despite this requirement, we have very rare opportunity where both of us were free during the week and Veronica was able to take care of us. Thanks for going above and beyond!”
