This is one of the best branches that I’ve visited in a long time. During a recent visit I was greeted immediately, my questions and concerns were answered and addressed properly. Although I was very pleased with the customer service, I left somewhat appalled. Truly, I hate being this person, and would rather not be in a position of commenting anything like this but as a customer I feel like it’s important that these things are taken into consideration. I had a quick encounter with the manager who is a very lovely lady but had a pungent smell, and seemed somewhat unhygienic. Physical appearance and the way we portray ourselves is of high importance to a company and the impression that we want to make. I could be wrong and it could’ve been anything else, who knows. Just food for thought.

This rating is for two employees at the Belen, NM branchDaniel R and Maria GAfter my Dad’s passing in April’ 23 and then my step Mom passing in Oct ‘23, I assumed the trustee role of their estate.This was my second attempt at a Wells Fargo branch to make the necessary changes to their checking and savings accounts.They both worked together in figuring out the proper layering of paperwork required by Wells Fargo to make it happen. 2.5 hours, yes 2.5 hoursDaniel called the help center multiples times that was NO help at allIf it wasn’t for the determination and perseverance of these these two, I would have walked out totally beat down and despondentOne star for Wells Fargo with their unattainable processes along with a help center that could guide themThank you Daniel and Maria

I can never go to the ATM without it being DOWN ! This is my local bank and I always have to drive to the next city to get to the ATM wich has a walk up and drive up ATM . Belen only offers a walk up wich is always down especially on weekend and holidays. Guess I shouldn't shop local. Frustrating !!!

they are a horrible bank. they allow many hackers to hack people's accounts with out notifying clients and they don't have a care in the world. they allowed a brand new account to be hacked within 6 hours of it being opened. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK AT ALL COST!

I called 8 different branches to make an appointment to start a new account. Couldn’t talk to anyone. Couldn’t ask questions. Horrible business practice. Look up the reviews on all branches . They’ve been failing people for years.

For the last 3weeks despite their website saying they are open until 5pm, this place has been closed at 4:30pm on Fridays. It also looks closed any other time we drive by. There is no notifications on site or on website. What is going on? I am referring to the drive thru (which says open until 5pm both at location and on website)!

Worst wells Fargo we been in we sat there for 20 minutes, with no welcome; be right with you or nothing!!
