I called to find out of they had a Blackstone 22" griddle that their app stated they had two left. The first young lady put me on hold for 30 minutes. I called back on a separate phone after being on hold foe 20 minutes and it rang 25 times hung up. This happened three times. The other phone that was on hold for over 30 minimum they finally hung up! Finally had a young lady answer whom went to Dept to check and they did not have item. Where is the CUSTOMER SERVICE

I love this Wal-Mart. Workers always treat me and family good. They never try to judge me based on my appearance or dress code and everyone is always so helpful. I have been coming here for years and this has become my favorite Wal-Mart in the state.

Wal Mart all your family needs in one store. Photos and all your film needs. Phone camera pics can be transferred to pictures..

96 degrees out and they don't have the air conditioning turned on! Shelves empty, store layout is irrational. That's the kind of service you can give when you are pretty much the only store in town. YUK!

Shop here regularly as the Belen, NM area is severely undeveloped economically..not much competition. Staff now seem disgruntled, a lot of items are not priced correctly and the cleanliness of the store has been on a downward spiral for a few years..need a re-model and some soap & water desperately. Have to watch your receipt closely, as some of the cashiers are not trained properly and overcharge you or charge you twice on one item. When I inquired I was told, "everyone makes mistakes." I had at least 5 "mistakes" on my receipt at one time. Can you say "rip-off?" There is one saving grace, though...Assistant Manager David...he will assist with whatever you need and actually care that you return to the store....all with a pleasant attitude. Asst. Mgr. David is an asset to this store.

Easy to use machines. You can pretty much print anything, even from your smartphone! Also makes it very easy if you have the Walmart app and use the photo feature services to pick what you want from your device for print and go and pick it up as early as 1hour! But be sure to have copyrights if you're making duplicates of professional photos.
