Time for new flags! This is disgraceful!!! I think a government entity can afford some new ones eh… Also it’s getting pretty old that every time I deal with Tobias at the counter he is impolite and acts miserable. You get what you give, if your gonna be rude to me your gonna get it back… ??♂️

We had the best experience with Paul. He really went above and beyond to take care of us when we needed a mailbox key. He was courteous, extremely professional and really made us feel welcomed.

These workers are amazing all the way around.Always costumes friendly and, never rude. All of the employees are outstanding. There are two employees that shine like stars. 1st Marie is an example of a model employee. She knows the united states post office policies and procedures like the back of her hand. Even with them ever changing. She is always professional and friendly to all.Even in times where no one else on earth would have been. She treats all customers as they are valuable and important. She helps other employees when they are having trouble. The second is Tobis (I hope I'm spelling that right. 1st off if he is there and there's a line I will wait because he can make a line move. Always professional. His customer service is professional and spot on. Plus that man is always dressed sharp. Like I said all employees are outstanding dont get me wrong but these two rock.

I pay to get my mail forward to my new address but they will send other family members mail from the old address as well to my new address, when they are still living there and names don't match the yellow note on the bottom telling the name of who's mail will forward. I had tried bringing this concern to them but they don't understand or don't correct it, just to double check names. Since this they have had important cards sent to me. You guys just expect me to deliver the mail back an hour of where I live.

It's a post office. If you've seen one you've seen them all. Weirdly, the lobby isn't open after hours to check your PO box.

The line here is rarely more than four people and generally they'll call a second worker to help-efficient! I wish they'd put Priority Mail labels out with all the flat rate boxes. I have to ask every time. Hit and miss with drivers--sometimes they ring the doorbell for a delivery but most of the time not--an audible knock if lucky. I do appreciate our postal delivery drivers though and am grateful for them and the local office. A tough job!

Useless. Delivery drivers are lazy and don’t bother actually trying to make contact with me when I’m home to sign for packages. Just leave a delivery attempt notice in the mailbox without even getting out of their van. The in store employees are equally useless. Took the most recent “failed delivery” slip in store and they made a note for next day redelivery and removed the need for a signature. It is the next day and no redelivery was made. I work longer than the store is open so it’s virtually impossible for me to do in store pick ups. It would help if the staff could just, ya know, do their job? It’s not hard.

Every time I go to Belen Po every single patron is wearing a mask. Every single one. On the other hand, the staff openly mock the requirement to wear a mask.This is unacceptable
