I had an excellent experience with Toby's Doors. I had a broken garage door spring, and they were able to get someone out on the same day I called. Two men arrived and were very polite and quick to repair the door. I will definitely use them again for any door-related issues.

We purchased several doors for a new build house. I reached out to Toby’s and asked them to review photos of two damaged doors. Both have dents and one is bowed. Dan responded immediately asking who our builder was and I replied. Once I replied, he never responded to me again. Dan needs to realize that the builder can guide you to a door store but ultimately the customer pays for the doors. In the end, I asked for a price on the doors only because no one wants to move into a new house with damaged doors and still he didn’t respond. We won’t be going back.

The second week of December we went into the shop and selected a door, we were told they had to order it, and that door could be installed by the end of the month. I called on the 19th to check on the status of the order and was told they were waiting for measurements from us. I provided the measurements they wanted. I called back the following week and was told they should be able to have it installed by the 29th. I did not hear back from them so I called again on the 29th and left a message, call was not returned. On the 4th of January got a message that they would need to order the door and it would be about 2 weeks before it would come in. On January 10th I got a message that the supplier had changed the delivery date of the door to February 13th. I contacted them on Feb 13th to ask if the door had come in. I received no response from them to this inquiry or the ones in the following days. After waiting over 2 months, we had to order a door from another company

Got the job done. But they were also very patient and diligent in helping me get an appt. The woman who helped me set up appointment was very kind and patient. And the gentleman who came to fix my garage door had it done QUICK. Appreciate the small town and small business hospitality

I am a general contractor and ordered a garage door on February 1st, they said it would take 3-4 weeks to get here, it was about 6 weeks when it got here. That being said when the door got here there was supposed to be 6 panels and only 4 showed up, they said they didn't know what happened, after another 3-4 weeks the remaining 2 panels showed up and the werent the same as the others. They let me borrow two panels for temporary use and was told that when the panels came in they would deliver and remove temp ones out and reinstall new ones, well 3 weeks later they showed up and guess what, they only dropped them off and left the temp ones there installed. I will never do business with them again since they can never give you an answer about the products they sell. Avoid headaches and take business somewhere else were someone actually cares.

They came out to fix our garage door last week very promptly. They gave my wife an estimate over the phone when she explained the issue.When the serviceman got here they did the work efficiently and well. The final price was a bit less than the estimate. Apparently what my wife and I thought was wrong was not wrong; it was something else entirely.Toby's Doors could have easily charged us the estimated price and went along with our amateur assessment, HOWEVER, they showed honesty and integrity.After assessing and fixing the issue themselves they saw it was something else and charged accordingly.(It's a tired cliche) But it really IS hard to find an honest repairman. Toby's Doors is honest and with integrity. I highly recommend! They were recommended to me and I am recommending them to whoever reads this.
