“I love the Tome, NM Post office, and the staff! I used to live in Belen, NM and I used the Tome office all the time because it was the best office that the Post office had. And it is still the best Post office. I moved to Sumter SC in 2016 and to this day, the Tome NM post office is still the best post office that there is. I had to get some information to mail a box, to NM by the way. I couldn't get anyone on the nation number to answer the phone. In fact, the number that I got from the USPS website when I called it I got UPS on the phone!!! I remembered that I had the number for Tome, but when I went to call the number was missing from my MS Outlook, but I was able to find it with a little bit of searching. I got the nicest lady on the phone, and her name is Naz. She was wonderful!! She gave me her attention and assistance in what I needed to do. And I had to call back later in the afternoon, and she was just as kind and considerate as she had been with me earlier. She was absolutely wonderful!! If I have any other questions that require some USPS help, I know where to call. And it is Tome, NM Post office. And it is the only post office I will call for help!! They are the only ones who will answer the phone and lend a helping hand!!! Kudos to Tome NM Post office!!”
“I love this post office it’s my local go to. Jaqi is an awesome addition to this team. Even though she seems to be the youngest employee I’ve seen she out shines all the other ones by far with her knowledge and impeccable customer service. And to all the customers with complaints, who know nothing about mail and policies you should trust those who are trying to do their job and stay in your own lane.”
“The line here is rarely more than four people and generally they'll call a second worker to help-efficient! I wish they'd put Priority Mail labels out with all the flat rate boxes. I have to ask every time. Hit and miss with drivers--sometimes they ring the doorbell for a delivery but most of the time not--an audible knock if lucky. I do appreciate our postal delivery drivers though and am grateful for them and the local office. A tough job!”
