I had a wonderful experience with a young man named Noah. He was incredibly knowledgeable, polite and made the trip quick. Couldnt have received better service, i hope all employees are held to this standard.

My check engine light came on while I was on a road trip on Saturday, 7/13/24. I pulled in to O'Reilly in Belen. The staff there refused to Veriscan my vehicle because it was 5:20 p.m., even though they were open for hours longer. Their website says that this is a free service anytime during the stores hours, but clearly this is a lie. Autozone scanned my vehicle. I'm glad they got my $300 for the new part.

Service is decent but the replacement parts SUCK!! Coolant flange has needed replacing twice and now it’s leaking again. Looks like I’ll have to go to the dealer, the whole reason we come to O’Reilly and Autozone is to avoid the dealer… ?

I have been able to find parts that AutoZone font carry, but, O'Reilly is more expensive.

As always Carlos is very, very customer oriented and would be even better at a corporate level position especially when it comes to customer service and care. This man LISTENS to his customer and gets the job done in a timely, manner yet patient BOTTOM LINE HE CARES AND LISTENS.

Did a diagnostic test on our vehicle and they explained possible problems according to the code but told us to go to the dealership or a mechanic for a better diagnostic. No help for a person who can't afford to take their car to a shop.
