We are only here for 3 months but have been here twice a week. This is a no frills old school gym. Not a ton of equipment, but plenty to hit everything you need, lots of dumbells and a variety of barbells. The owner is very friendly and is working on improvements.

The place is a mixed bag of pretty good and needing improvement.As of spring 2023, their hours are as hit-and-miss as you'll find in any business of comparable size: they say they're open weekends but I have yet to find them open on either Saturday or Sunday. Their hours still say open til 6 and 5 respectively but they aren't. Maybe its a staffing shortage.The gym equipment is basic but it's all there: a few universal gyms, a nice selection of freeweights, and several aerobic machines: orbital trainers, stairs, treadmills and stationary bikes. The changing rooms are inconsequential, but most people come right from home it's not a big deal. The membership price is in the right ballpark and they do offer senior discounts, if you're 60-ish or older. Best deal of all: it is almost never crowded. I rarely had to wait long to get on any one machine or piece of equipment. It would rank more stars if they'd just get "hours open" situation squared away.

Love this gym. Wish I had hammer strength and flex fitness commercial equipment at my gym in my gym in San Antonio. If you come here from chain commercial gym you'll notice these bars and dumbbells are just a tad heavier, guess 45 pounds is not created equal...
