We are only here for 3 months but have been here twice a week. This is a no frills old school gym. Not a ton of equipment, but plenty to hit everything you need, lots of dumbells and a variety of barbells. The owner is very friendly and is working on improvements.

Husband stopped in while out of town for a workout and brought grandson. . He likes it there said real nice facility. Proper body building equip and well experienced owners
